Good luck getting your order right here. It seems like almost every time it’s wrong !! I’m talking at least 8 out of 10, you’re going to get something wrong. The thing is you guys have a ticket/screen in the back…. can’t you just pack the bag with the right order ? I mean, think about it. It’s really not that hard but it’s almost impossible for this location to even remotely get it right.

I will start by saying the food and service were both good but the dinning room was disgusting. I don’t know what they have going on for tables and chairs but you can’t tell me they did not buy these used somewhere. The tables were just gross, they were sticky and I don’t mean not wiped off sticky, they were sticky because they are not meant for food service. These tables do not have a Formica top of any sort, they are wood that may have been covered in something decades ago that has now been worn off or taken off. I can not believe that the county health department has not taken some sort of action on these things. There are literally big J hooks on the side of some of the tables where it looked like it was in some form of manufacturing or maintenance type thing. The chairs also looked extremely old and made of steel that looked like it came from the 50s or 60s.

It’s sad I grew up eating at this TB location and for most of my life it was the best in the state, no lie. Now, I thank them for ensuring that I will never eat Taco Bell again as long as I live.
This is the WORST Taco Bell Ive ever had in my LIFE.
After the last bite of my chicken chalupa, and the chicken being ice cold, or like it sat to death, absolutely cold and tasted uncooked, like the chicken wasn’t even cooked properly, granted it’s just reheated processed chicken, but I seriously almost threw up just now. I will never go back to this location again. This is the final time. And after how bad the experience was, Taco Bell lost another life long customer. For the same price I could have gotten some good authentic tacos locally, and from now on until I die, that’s what Im gonna do!

Tried to order food from the register and the girl walked away from me. They don’t wear name tags probably for this reason so don’t know who it was then another employee walks up from the bathroom and say that we can order from the kiosk. Very disappointing to be ignored food is mediocre and lobby is trash.

Ordered online got to the window didn’t get all of my food so I gave it back an stated there looks like there’s a taco and cinnamon twist missing she puts twist in the bag hands it back I pull off look in the bag noticed my chalupa is still missing and went back around stated I came around already and was missing food and I get to the window the lady calls her boss and first thing she says let me see your bag I hand it over she looks in the bag and says I put it in there I handed her my receipt stated I ordered a box meal and was missing stuff and she said you didn’t order a box and there’s no chalupa on here I said yes please read the receipt she gets mad and goes and makes the chalupa comes back I said thank you and she just shuts the window worst service in the world.

Extremely rude when talking. Taking one order at a time are would order go to the window and after they receive their order, they would take the next Cars order makes no sensep

Generally i love this place however last nights visit was horrible i asked for no onions and instead got onions on everything they had absolutely no cheese and said they were out of sauce packs I’m confused on why but I think I deserve a free meal
