We came in for dinner, it was me, my husband and our two kids. Then a friend and his two kids. The second we walked in, the worker looked straight at us and loudly said “oh great, a large family” (understandable but say it under your breath at least??) and then what sounded like “we know how this is gonna go” which whatever, he’s too immature to say it quietly, whatever. But they thought I was taking my food to go so I’m assuming that’s why he also completely smothered my food in sauce since he was the one making it as well. Trust me, I did my time at Taco Bell. I know how it is. I never acted like that though.

Now why the heck am I paying damn near $7 almost $8 for a quesadilla that’s not even cut and is clearly not filled properly…??? It wasn’t even busy when we got there, so im not understanding why it wasn’t at the least made properly for BOTH. Should get my money back tbh cause ik I didn’t order no half chicken half cheese quesadilla. This location has gone downhill badly!!

This is by far one of the most dirtiest stores I’ve been in. Staff is having to much loud fun when the store needs serious attention. This will be a store I avoid in the near future if I’m in this area. Clearly management does not have staff under control.

This was one of the worst Taco Bell experiences I’ve ever had. The entire place smelled like garbage the moment I walked in, and the floor and dining area were filthy. It took 20 minutes just to get food, which is completely unacceptable for fast food.
What bothered me the most was how two veterans standing at the front register were treated. They were clearly waiting, wearing their veterans hats, and were completely ignored by the staff. No acknowledgment, no help—nothing. Another customer actually had to step in and help because employees weren’t paying attention to anyone dining in.
Between the smell, the dirt, the long wait, and the blatant disregard for customers—especially veterans—this location should be embarrassed. Management seriously needs to step up, because this level of service is unacceptable.

Pulled to the drive thru to order taco salad was told they only have small(mini) taco salad so I started ordering and then was stopped to be told thats an online special and has to be order online! I went on the taco bell app under this location and went under every tab and no taco salad was available or on the site!

I’ve been a super fan of Taco Bell for almost all of the 40 years I’ve been on this planet. This was close to, if not the, worst I’ve had to date. Furthermore, I have decided to stop patronizing the TB anymore given the absolutely ridiculous prices. $18 for a quesadilla, cheesy Gordita crunch, and a regular drink. They’re starting to use AI in the drive through too. Cutting costs, jacking prices. I can go to a sitdown restaurant and pay the same amount for a better all around meal. This has gotten well outside of sanity.

My wife and I both got a crunchwarp supreme and neither one had anything in them but a spoonful of meat and maybe a sprinkle of cheese. Mostly nothing but shell and certainly not what the commercial shows. Never again
