The food was decent and well packaged and the service was nice, but I haven’t eaten at Taco Bell in a long time before these two past visits and forgot to customize my chalupa order as steak.
I think the standard should have been beef (my 2nd choice), they gave me chicken (my 3rd choice) without me specifying, and what I really wanted was steak.
The point is… No one asked me what I actually wanted and they upgraded me to something I didn’t ask for. If they had, maybe I’d give them 5 stars because the rest of my food was good, but I’d have to knock it down to 4 because the half and half iced tea from my previous visit tasted terrible for some reason and I had to toss it.

I am writing this review while currently waiting in line at the drive-thru window. Unfortunately, I am not exaggerating when I say that I have been waiting approximately 15 minutes since placing my order. If it were possible to exit the line, I would have done so already. However, the drive-thru is structured as a single forward-moving lane with no ability to exit once committed, making it impossible to leave the line.
Based on this experience, it is clear that this location would greatly benefit from new management and improved operational oversight.

GO AT NIGHT! crunchwraps that CRUNCH even after youve torn into the first one. a few crumbs here and there on the tables, no bugs. little bit of a wait but not unreasonable. best taco bell on my LIFE!

Recently got 3 cheese quesadillas and when arriving home only had 2, they were barely cooked and not cut at all. Every time I have come to this location the food is always incorrect or not cooked. Very disappointing for how expensive the food has become to be barely eatable.

I came to pick up a DoorDash order and they told me they “didn’t accept any of those orders anymore”. Then we proceeded to say okay and be understanding. But then we were pulling out trying to contact the customer to tell her they weren’t going to be able to make the food. I see them playing a card game in front view where we could clearly see. This is honestly just sad and disappointing to see. My only question is where is the management. You can only see one lady in the photo because it was hard to get a picture without getting out but there’s 3-4 people in total.

Ask for sauce, they don’t ask if you want any, and you’ll still never get any. Like really, it takes you an extra hand grab to give a Cpl sauce packets to customers?! Laziness at its best. Expect friendly service?, will never get it here….stay away.

This place is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. It’s wild how consistently poor they are in service. EVERY time I order something through the app I get to the window for them to tell me they are out of something that they will not substitute for anything else. Half of the items are missing when I get them so I can’t even leave the line without checking my bag, and the items I get are missing half the ingredients. I’ve provided feedback each time on the website for missing items and nobody at Taco Bell cares to reach out. No, I’m not going to contact my bank to dispute the purchase of a burrito. Just get better or close, but I’ll drive to another location to hopefully get the stuff I pay for.

I had my order placed and I pulled up in the drive-thru. I asked for an additional item, and I was told that that was not going to be an option, I had to actually go through the drive-thru again because they could not add one item to my order.
Which is really stupid because there was no one in behind me and they could have obviously added it but the cashier informed me that the computers don’t work that way.
