Where to start. I had to go back down there beacuse there was hardly any meat in the burrito. They remade it exactly the same. When we asked for a refund they only gave us the burrito refund. I got home, catina taco only has 2 small pieces of chicken, and the chalupa is hard…extremely disappointed. And they gave me attitude…nice

I usually enjoy taco bell, but the last few times i’ve been to this store I’ve been extremely dissatisfied with the quality of their food and service!
Someone isn’t listening very well…
I always ask for the additional “taco” to be a “chicken soft taco”, yet it never fails that they give me a crunchy hard taco instead of what I asked for.. and not to mention, the taco was broken on both sides. The chalupa must’ve been cooked hours earlier bc it was harder than anything I’ve ever seen before and had barely any contents it…
just would like to get what i’m paying for!
they expect me to come with money that has value and i expect to pay for food that has value!

the drive thru employee didnt give me my card back and paid for an order worth 21 dollars and 90 cents with my card. the GM gave me my money back but i had to cancel my card over this. The employee was right there and apologized over this but the fact that my card was used to pay for someone elses food is unacceptable. On top of the fact the same employee who did this wasn’t even fired, he just gave me a fist bump for an apology.
I am never ordering the Cheesy Street Chalupa again, or else it’ll remind me of this store.

Worst taco bell I’ve been to. I waited over 30 minutes to get the food. Nobody acknowledged me. when I tried to get somebody’s attention they just ignored me and were very rude whenever I tried to speak to them.
