Absolutely horrible service spent $10 for three tacos and this is what I got …. And food ice cold. called to make a complaint. Phone rang 10 times finally Manager answered the phone wasn’t apologetic. Didn’t really care. Just basically blew me off. Definitely don’t waste your money. Come here take your business elsewhere.

One of the worst Taco Bells I’ve been. Often wait 20 mins for orders if you dine in. The drive through has the priority always and they bump in store orders. The place generally look to be in disarray. Floors look filthy.

On November 21 at 1 PM, The woman at the drive-through window was so incredibly nasty and rude for no reason we had all asked for Baja blast my fault that we didn’t say frozen, but I was so nice at the window asking for it to be possibly be frozen and all she said was no in the most condescending manner ever she shook her head at us and wasn’t even apologetic about it. There was no customer service whatsoever. she gave us no reason as to why she couldn’t do it probably because she just didn’t want to which is ridiculous because you work at a fast food joint there’s not much effort whatsoever that goes into the job, keep in mind the parking lot was empty and the drive through as well, not busy at all. Never coming back don’t recommend ever not even if it was the last place on earth serving food rather starve then have her give me me food.

I really hate to be this person, but this place doesn’t work. I have come here multiple times in the same month and they’re always out of something or they don’t have Chalupa‘s or they don’t have anything and I understand that it’s close to close time but I come 30 minutes every night before they close because that’s the time I get out of work And they never have anything today I came and they didnt have neither chicken or beef. They said they only have steak which is weird and honestly, I feel like this location should just close down. They close early and they don’t have anything never.
Dont waste your time coming here just gonna be another disappointment for you too.

I ordered the XL GRILLED STUFF BURRITO and got the xs whatever taquito. It was no bigger than 2 hot sauce packets. It was served with I think was whatever was left over on the line. It had different products not what was supposed to be served in this dish and was mostly nacho cheese and tortilla! Luke warm at best. I took one big bite because I was starving uuucckk. I’ve had better tasting MRE’s. (Meals ready to eat) U.S Military field chow. This Taco Bell used to be the best in the area. Guess they changed up staff. Now it’s Toxic Hell in my book….

Absolute garbage Taco Bell. My order is wrong every time even though I order on the app. Wait times are incredibly long and the food comes out looking like it got stepped on, burritos horribly made with fillings oozing out the top and bottom. Staff is unaware of new promo items every time one comes out even though it’s on their menu and advertisements. Not going here again

No real need to rate…it’s the Bell, after all. I did get a 7 layer burrito! Missed them. Coming home late after a show, the lady & I would hit Taco Bell as we’re usually starving. My wife doesn’t like to sing on a full stomach, it’s hell.

The food was fine, employees are nice but damn, they legit forgot 4 items from my order. I managed to get one because it was a drink that was obvious but all my items were just thrown in a bag. If I wasn’t 20 mins away, I would have gone back. Staff really needs to double check orders before handing them to customers
