We popped on over after our international flight came in 8pm, and we have two kids that were hungry. So they decided on tacos for dinner coming from Mexico! . So we decided on a quick and easy dinner. Upon arriving the parking lot has several cars. the lobby area was pretty bare but kept clean, neat and tidy. Bathroom was ok low on soap but I got it. Ordered thru the app. Got my birthday treat! Thanks for the frozen Baja blast. We also ordered a bean burrito , a veggie black bean chalaupa , a veggie crunch wrap supreme, 2 cheese roll ups, and 2 bean and rice burritos . All was yummy and tasted fresh. I loved it even more because it was warm. We sat in the lobby and had everything we needed. Thank you so much for the great visit to your establishment. . And for those that are interested they do have a electric vehicle charger… I don’t have that, but if you do. .

Well I’ve been to Taco Bell many times since they’ve opened way back, from Los Angeles to Hollywood to New York to Florida. And I can absolutely say that your service your staff and especially the food was hot and it was very well made and tasted great. Not to mention that the dining area countertops Windows Doors everything was spotless. What a great job you all do and it shows. I’d like to mention that I was trained and one of the finest restaurants in Los Angeles as a waiter and a manager so I know a great service cleanliness and professionalism is and means. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. First, I’ll start with the weird smell. As I was driving home, something smelled funky. I hoped it wasn’t the food but it was. I got a Mexican Pizza and I swear they must have put it in the bag sideways at first because it was a mess. I picked some of the “cheese” from the side of the package and it was crunchy. CRUNCHY!! That’s when I realized the smell was the food. I am providing pictures because there is no way I could describe this mess better. Who would eat this? I would have gone back to get my money back but I drive for Uber and didn’t want to get back in my car. This food went in the trash. They should be ashamed trying to serve a taco like that – all lettuce. Freaking nasty

Stop at this location about 1 – 2 times a week on my way home if I had to work late between 7pm – 9 pm. Food is great, order correct and friendly staff at the window. Highly visible location in a decent area. McDonald’s is also right next door if you have passengers that want different fast food options.

Ordered online 20 minutes ahead of time to be ready when I arrived there and it was not ready. Then had to wait another 15 minutes for them to get it ready and one of the kitchen staff got really a verbally aggressive with me when asking when it would be ready. There were no other people in side eating and there was no real reason for the delay at all. So the food wasn’t ready and then the staff were very unpleasant about their mistake. I can’t imagine what this would be like when it’s busy or any other time. Even if you really love Taco bell, I do not recommend anyone to go to this location.

Lady came in yelling at staff and ended up having a warwant and going to jail that day! The staff does need to tend to customers a little better at least greeting them or acknowledging them! But staff tried reasoning with this female who came in acting like she ran this place demanding staff to do her order NOW and they was it’s not like they was on their phone goofing off they was working
