Stopped by Taco Bell late for a quick snack and got great service! The staff was friendly, patient, and made sure my order was hot and fresh even though it was close to closing time. Everything came out just right — fast, accurate, and tasty.
Appreciate the crew working late and keeping that same great energy. I’ll definitely be back for another late-night run!

The service was rushed and the food was mid. We got everything but the tacos and stuff was made too fast and were messy. Temhe lady at the window gave us the wrong size drink and had a nasty attitude about it. She said “I gave you the wrong size and it’s NOT paid for so, yeah” then closed the window. If it was the wrong size why did you give it to us? And that’s what we were asking but we’re ignored.

Supper disappointed with the staff. The food here great. I can’t say the same about the service I honestly go to this Taco Bell all the time bc it’s down the street from my job and they always get my order wrong but I don’t complain but damn how hard is it to take the sour cream out of my food just don’t put it in!!!! I ask for two meals one no sour cream and one with and I specifically asked for them to be labeled bc I know they will put the sour cream in anyway. I get to the window they hand me a bag clearly not labeled and to compensate they gave me another burrito which was supposed to have no sour cream. Now here is the sick joke everything in my order has sour cream. And I heard y’all laughing back there it could be unrelated but it seems like your staff purposely put sour cream in my food.You messed up no problem get the job done right the second time around!! This is not a once in a while thing this is every time I go to Taco Bell on hillsborough hire competent people who know how to fix their mistakes the second time around! I was at Taco Bell for the past three days and every time without fail my order was made wrong. Do better. All I’m asking is to get what I am paying for!

The workers here are working hard! The food is always good, the service is good, and they’re quick with the orders. One thing I appreciate extra is that when I ask for extra hot sauce, they don’t skimp on sauce packets. They just have good management and good employees!

Once again, another TacoBell in the books! I ordered through the drive through, spent less than 2 minutes waiting for my payment to process and receive my food. The girl in the window was nice. Only complaint is I ordered two of the same meals, and on one of the meals I didn’t want lettuce. I got lettuce on my taco. Not the biggest of concerns, but a little more attention could have been paid. Not a big enough reason to knock off a star. Otherwise, the food was fresh and the portions were right. The lemonade was also fresh. I’d return for sure.

First of all I was charged twice for my order , because the drive thru person was on his personal phone having a whole conversation, and not paying attention. He asked me if I had paid for the food and I had not so I handed him the card. He said it decline but a charge went through than I paid with another card that charged in the same amount! They don’t have items that are supposed to be on the menu . I ordered a Mexican pizza that was hella cold the shell was soggy, the meat and beans on the inside were cold that they just stuck to the shell .. it was hella sloppy on top and slid all over the box. The cinna twist were horrible they had no cinnamon or sugar on them just taste like plain old air fried cardboard!! The line wasn’t long so there was absolutely no reason for any of this . Than wonder why Taco Bell has a bad reputation!! Food nasty employees rude. Will not spend my money in this establishment again …

This Taco Bell is so lazy. Pathetic employees who don’t want to work . I’ve visited this location twice at 10:15am both times someone has announced over the intercom system they are still closed. Meanwhile the website says 9am . Poorly run location
