We went inside.No line inside at 1030pm. Lobby and drive thru open. Staff was pleasant. Had 4 soft tacos and nachos. Waited over 5 minutes for food, not sure why? One taco was really soggy but they replaced it immediately. Restaurant was clean. Overall good late night food. Would go back again for late snack/dinner. See pics for hours, holiday hours and perks of working there.

Wish I could give yall a zero overall, customer service skills is a zero they’re rude. I ordered the number five the nacho Bell grande bowl. Tell me why I requested more meat and pay for it and this is what I get yesterday I came. I got the same thing. No meat was on it at all y’all will not get no more money.

Waited around ten minutes for 3 items on a very non busy night. And on top of that , we asked for a regular Doritos taco no lectuce, they specifically asked us so you want it just meat and cheese? We responded yes just meat and cheese. How do I get home and not only find lettuce in my son’s taco, but sour cream as well. Think you should consider hiring differnet people for the overnight crew. Also gave us a supreme soft taco when we asked just for a regular soft taco. Think I’ll just stay away from this one.

We told Heather multiple times that she had our order in the system wrong. I ordered REGULAR #6 just meat and cheese. She put in a SUPREME #6 and removed all the additional topping that I didn’t want to pay for in the first place. She kept saying it was fixed. I get the receipt and she did not fix it, she still charged us for SUPREME #6 which is a different price than REGULAR #6. Please train your employees correctly. Very frustrating that I tried to have her correct it and she didn’t comprehend. Lizzie, you might want to talk to Caleb about how he speaks to customers on the phone too. Unprofessional. If I could give it less than 0 stars, I would. This is the third bad experience at this location. When I order a menu item, and pay for it, guess what I expect to get? That menu item that i ordered and payed for. Not the dumbed down basic version that costs less money than what I ordered. If your employees can’t care enough to properly read the items on their screen, maybe they need different jobs. Poor reflection on management and this is strike 3. I won’t be back, and neither should you.

My friend and I visited here yesterday to grab some lunch for us we chose the Nachos bel Grande and the 12 pk Soft Taco Supreme which everything was absolutely delicious there was no wait your staff was right on the ball super friendly and professional the store was very clean I will definitely be back and I will for sure be spreading the word about your store thanks again…

It was horrible I understand being short staffed but waiting 40-45 minutes for an order you have 4 employees even told me that they were going in order..they were not more focused on drive thru people who came way after me got there orders before I did I feel like uber drivers/door dash are being put last and not paid attention to..it’s all about the timer. Front counter staff was nice and offered me a drink tho..I don’t recommend this taco bell at all!

This is probably one of the worst Taco Bell’s I have ever experienced. We went a year ago and were very disappointed and we thought we would give it another chance just to be further disappointed. The service was pretty speedy and we got everything we ordered but there was very little filling in each taco and practically no meat. If I wanted to eat a tortilla with a little lettuce I would come here.

All Taco Bells are a hit or miss. However….. THIS Taco Bell was delicious. I ordered a #10 w/lemonde. The hard taco was crunchy and fresh, and it was filled as it should be. It was not sloppy either.. the grilled cheese burrito was also perfectly made. I went through the drive through. When I pulled in, there were about 5 cars ahead of me. I did not spend more than 2 minutes in the line, to include waiting, ordering, paying, and receiving my meal. Whatever they are doing inside, keep it up! The lemonade was also perfect! The lady at the window was pleasant. Absolutely no complaints from me! Obviously I will be back to THIS Taco Bell. Should my experience differ in the future, I will update.
