Pulled up at 1:35AM. They said they’re open till 3 but they’re not taking orders because they said they’re understaffed and only have 2 people. There is no one in the drive thru and no cars outside waiting, so I’m assuming the 2 workers are on their phones doing nothing.

Benny and Lonnie were amazing. We came in with a bunch of high school kids after a school band concert, and Benny was patient and friendly and took the time to explain the menu items. Super nice guy! Clean store too!!! And our orders came out fast and were accurate. Great staff! I don’t go to Taco Bell often, but I’ll be coming back again soon!

I really love this place and feel that’s worth mentioning. The staff is kind, fun-loving, and typically accommodating. But tonight as well as the past few that I’ve gone, it’s been a 45min-hour wait for a drive through mobile order. Tonight I was told certain items were not available, which I’m used to and is ok! But then when I got home, my order was incorrect, and it was what I was looking forward to. It just kindof stinks is all. We were given a voucher for the wait, but it doesn’t replace the $7+ item I ordered. And things like this seem to be typical as of late. I hope things get better.

Taco Bell @ 301 – ordered via their kiosks. It was not the best experience due to the back and forward to make an order. The keyboard was low and not intuitive. One of my special characters was not readily available, which required me to use another email address. Kiosks are good for the business, but for the clients it is more time, and I am tech savvy.
While I entered all of the details of my order, the cashier took 2 orders ….
The service is slow…….with minimal clients in the store, it took 16 minutes. The employees seem working with anger..
The food was okay ✅ not the best.

Long wait and the Mexican pizzas tasted horrible (old burnt oil), and presentation of food was off-putting. Waste of money! Never happens at the one close to my house! Thrown in the trash – waste of money and time. Do not go here!

It angers me to know that if you try to do an act of kindness, the manager at this store will tell you no. The vehicle in front of me was a Sheriff’s Deputy and his meal was $12. As he pulled forward and I approached the speaker box, I asked if I could please pay for the vehicle in front of me. I was told “No ma’am you cannot”. My response was “really?” To which the manager responded with “yes because it would hold up the line.” (There was nobody behind me in the line) Still in disbelief, I told her the vehicle in front of me was a Deputy and I would really like to pay for his food as a thank you and I yet I still told “no we can’t allow that”. But why not? Why does it matter if I’m the car in front or behind. An actor kindness is an act of kindness. Let’s say it was my daughter in front of me and she forgot her wallet at home. That means this manager would still not let me pay right? So it makes more sense to lose money vs letting someone do an act of kindness for someone. Very disappointed in this manager and her lack of compassion.

I ordered a Mexican Pizza with No beans and three of the four slices of pizza had little to nothing only slivers of meat.. See Photos.. It would not be so bad had I not asked the girl taking my order to make sure they spead the meat and she said ok they will.. As you see she obviously never said anything..

Horrible. This establishment is very poorly managed. If you want to wait 3 hours and receive horrible customer service this is the spot for you.
I had an online order. Everyone who had been waiting for online orders were kicked out of the restaurant and told to go through drive thru. Then told the people who wanted to cancel their order that they couldn’t.
After waiting over a hour in drive thru they couldn’t find my order, but by some Christmas miracle they found it. This place needs immediate attention. At least the food was fresh I guess.

Horrible. When you order the cravings “box” it usually comes in a box. Not a bag that is ripped and soggy from the tacos they through in the bag. This was garbage. Honestly trash. The pics will speak for themselves. Chalupa shells weren’t even cooked all the way.
