I got a crunch wrap, two hard shell tacos, and two soft tacos. I specified that I did not want lettuce on either the hard or soft tacos and the screen registered that but when I checked the food after I got home both soft tacos had lettuce. The food was fast and hot with good service but I am upset about spending 20$ and then half of my order being messed up. Please pay better attention.

Tonight we went at 1:10 they said they grill was down they can only make tacos and burritos. So we ask for a cantina taco and they can’t make it. Why say you can make tacos and burritos if you can make everything. They said they can only make beef. We get to the window and I ask why the grill now working they said they have to clean it. They close at 3 it’ was only 1:10. Customer service was terrible food wasn’t fresh at all. We waited in line for 15 minutes for 2 beef chalupas.

Pulled up at 12:44 to order and was told they’re only making soft tacos nothing else. i said “but you guys don’t close until 1” and the guy had an attitude and said “that’s in 10 minutes” always a problem at this location

Worst Taco Bell experience in a while. I ordered a double beef burrito and was given a cheesy bean and rice burrito. Which would have been ok if it had tasted better. I can’t put my finger on why it tasted bad but it did. At least they got the correct number of hot sauces.

walked in place smelled like shit only seen three people in the whole place and one guy was eating in the kitchen and three out of all of the fountain drinks worked so I had a drink orange soda and it tasted like water zero out of 10 never eat here food is good like always. I have seen better Taco Bell‘s in Tampa. and not to mention, I’m leaving and as I’m leaving. There’s a guy smoking a blunt in his car…. As a walk-in I was very disappointed that we were never acknowledged. We attempted to order at the kiosk just to have an error connection at the end of our order so we ended up going to counter to stand there for another 5 mins to not get acknowledged again. With that being said I will never go to that one ever again your workers will be their demise you just watch and see.

TRASH LOCATION. WORST STAFF. NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. Staff is always laughing about something when people pull up, the orders are made wrong 50 percent of the time because they hire children who don’t take their jobs seriously. It’s not hard working fast food, you literally just have to do your jobs. But even that is asking too much of these people. WORST location. I went through the drive through for a mobile order and my first, second and third tacos all looked like this. Unacceptable Taco Bell you are too pricy to be this stingy

Meat doesn’t even cover the bottom portion of the taco. This whole thing is shell with a sprinkling of anything else. You think you’d be able to put adequate amount of meat into a taco you get from a place that serves mainly tacos. Why did I spend $9 dollars on three tacos that literally have nothing inside?
