I think management needs to make some improvements at this location. Sometimes the wait time is unreasonablely long.
This time, we placed a mobile order and went to the drive through to pick up. When we got to the window, the staff member asked us to come back in 3 minutes because they’re making the French fries.
I thought it was odd that they would not bring it out to us, as they do at most fast food places. After a few minutes, the drive through line was too long, so we went in and picked it up.
However, their idea of a full portion of fries is ridiculous, especially since they made us wait for it, and it had mostly tiny pieces. Unfortunately, we did not check until we got home.
I actually do like Taco Bell because you can get decent vegetarian fast food. I tried the veggie bowl and it was quite good and usually the fries are nice and hot (unlike my experience at other chains).
But staff needs to be more organized, and no one should be asked to come back to the drive thru line – it should be brought to the car in a designated spot as most establishments do. And no paying customer should receive French fries like this – half empty and small pieces.
Oh, and this was part of a $50 order, so that’s even more of a slap in the face.

March 3, 2026 Had dinner here before going to the Florida Strawberry Festival. Parking ️ here for the festival was $20 but there was closer $10 parking.

3rd time I have ordered from this Taco Bell and ordered Cinnamon Twist and never got my damn Cinnamon Twist. Idk if it’s just not reading the screen, the strawberry festival, or whatnot but this being the 3rd time is insane. Always fun to tell my daughter I got her an order and never get it.

I prefer this Taco Bell location over most locations I’ve been to. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and I get my stuff in a reasonable amount of time. I can see the employees preparing my food and I can tell they take pride in what they are doing so I always come to this location over any where else. I don’t understand some of these negative reviews since I have not experienced it nor seen anything like it.

The restaurant had 2 customers, , a dad with a young teenager and a pre-teen daughter….and myself. I had the Mexican pizza vegetarian with beans replacing the meat. It was actually pretty good , because it was fresh and I ate it in the dining room. The service was quick efficient and friendly. The issue is had is the state of disarray and the unclean tables in the dining area ! Every single table was empty ,yet they were ALL DIRTY! Including the seats and the floor! Quite a shame really . So I had to clean my own table .

One of the Best designed taco bells i have ever attended. Very customer friendly. Staff courteous. Location is close to school. During our visit the store got inundated by 30+ students. Staff was prepared and met both food needs as well as a couple rowdy incidents with expedient and appropriate verbal response. Thumbs up to the staff.

Went through the drive thru and order only 3 items. I was not finished ordering and the employee asked “Is that all?” I answered “No, sorry give me one second” he then cut me off and asked if I wanted to donate, if I wanted sauce, and told me my total. They are always so rushed. I was the only car in line. I continued to be nice saying thank you when I payed and he ignored me and turned around. This Taco Bell is never fully satisfying and I don’t understand why you’re going to choose to work in customer service and be rude and careless. I never did get my last item btw.

The recent menu change eliminates some of the combos. For me to buy the same thing as normally get here is an extra $5. The management team here has no idea or interest in helping me. Other Taco Bells in the area have no problem figuring it out. Taco Bell is already one of the most expensive fast food places to eat, adding $5 to the price of a meal makes it ridiculous. No thanks.
