If I could leave zero stars I would . It’s a bunch of children in there that plays all day and night . There was a problem with my food I informed the young lady at the window she was very snappy so I asked for someone else she proceed to she was the lead so I asked for someone over her . So she went and got Jonnie and he was first heard telling another associate that they were crazy and gave me the unwanted energy and told me either I can get out of his line or keep the food that was incorrect an cold

Would not recommend this location. Ordered on the app, got our food, and pulled around to make sure it was correct. I ordered no sour cream on my items. Looked at the items. The one was correct the other was not it had sour cream. Went back around and told them. The guy said he made one with and one without and the one that had no sour cream was marked. It appeared they had packed them into the wrong boxes. Okay cool. I got home bit into it and it had sour cream after they assured me that it didnt. These items are not cheap. If I order something a certain way I expect to get what I ordered and paid for. Do better.

Very impersonal, order food on kiosk, make your drinks, oh and clean the table you want to sit at. The bathrooms were disgusting, the floors were dirty, and all the staff here was very rude. Plus the music was so loud I couldn’t hear myself think.

I placed my mobile order at 11:04 on 11/24 and didn’t receive it until 11:25. I’m not sure why it took so long, especially since several customers who ordered at the kiosk after I arrived received their food before me. No one asked what I was waiting for, and there didn’t seem to be anyone working the front during that time.
It was disappointing because I ended up spending my entire break waiting for my order.

Pre writing this review as im sitting here waiting 20 minutes because they lost the order and I thought it was taking a while and 10min in I asked and they never even started cuz they must’ve missed it. If they don’t at lesst apologize for wasting 25 minutes of my time this 3 star review will be going up. Update they quite literally said sorry, nothing free, no refund, no free ticket for something next time
