By far the biggest waste of my time. Was there to pick up order for DoorDash. With multiple staff and employees there was a line for some reason. I got there 5 minutes early and then proceeded to wait no joke 46 minutes!!! because they left my order to be last. Not only did I have to deal with an upset customer. The order was only 2 tacos and a drink. After reminding the staff I am here every 10 minutes they then put the order on the back counter where I couldn’t reach and tried to ignore me when I said that was my order. Then they didnt believe me and asked for proof in which I showed them… although I had already showed them 46 MINUTES AGO!!! I wasnt even getting food for myself I was a delivery driver for them being treated with such disrespect and a waste of my time.

Didn’t get waited on, I was finally told to order at the kiosk. Couldn’t get it to take the order that I wanted. We left and went to Wendy’s where we were greated with a smile and a girl that was happy to take our order. Taco Bell needs to do much better.

Absolutely TERRIBLE!! The service at this Taco Bell is horrendous!! I was reminded tonight why I NEVER stop by a Taco Bell — they suck. The employees are extremely rude. Insisted I use the kiosk to order by yelling from the back food prep area. NOPE — I don’t use kiosks. I kindly replied that I prefer not to use the kiosk and I had to wait about ten minutes for a human to take my order. I am NOT a Taco Bell employee. I am not placing an order on a kiosk and giving you my money. What are you there for??? Maybe 20 year olds are good with ordering from a kiosk — Not us 55+ year olds. The food, if it can be called that, was DISGUSTING. You wonder why this brand sucks? Look at your product and your employees. Try taking lessons from Chick fil A on how to treat your customers and how to prepare their order. They operate six days a week and kick your butts on the P&L sheets. Clean up your restaurant — it’s filthy. Folks, take your business somewhere else!!! This place is not worth money.

Went to this tacobell at around 230am on a Saturday night, the screen where you order was completely black so i figured the hours were wrong online. I pulled up to their drive thru window to get a look at their hours and while I was looking some employee came to the window, said their order screen shuts off automatically and there was nothing they could do.

Stopped for lunch, zero service. Waited at counter, no one running registers. Line workers just keep looking over. Went to use the kiosk, doesn’t have what I want listed, the 3 soft taco supreme meal.
Waited 5 more minutes, lady maybe manager just brings food up for door dashes, then walks away.

For a relaxed Saturday morning breakfast, we decided to switch things up and order from Taco Bell, which was conveniently located just 10 minutes away.
Upon entering the restaurant, I took some time exploring the breakfast menu before settling on a few different items to try: the Big Cheez-It Tostada, Crunchwrap Supreme, and Cantina Crispy Chicken Taco. The staff was quick, and I soon had my order in hand, ready to take back home.
Starting with the Crunchwrap Supreme, we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious flavor–it was well-prepared, with each layer adding to the taste and texture, making it a satisfying and tasty choice to kick off the morning. It had just the right amount of crunch and filling, which made it feel like the perfect breakfast wrap.
Next up, the Cantina Crispy Chicken Taco did not disappoint. The chicken was tender and flavorful, paired nicely with the crispy taco shell, creating a great balance between texture and taste. This taco was another hit and a great addition to our breakfast lineup.
Finally, we tried the Big Cheez-It Tostada. While it was an interesting twist on the traditional tostada and had a unique flavor profile, it wasn’t quite as impressive as the other items, though still enjoyable.

We went through the drive through today Service was good Got home food was awful my wife’s food Tacos were wet and smelled like cat pee. So we through it out. Wouldn’t recommend this place. I’m sure they wouldn’t eat that food either.

Food portions are usually less than you’d expect for what you pay for now. Taco Bell used to be a cheap place to get fast food, not anymore. Now expect to overpay for food like everywhere else. Today I got the new street tacos to try them and they are tiny. $6 for two you’d think they give you more meat and toppings but no they don’t. I should have gotten a burrito. Hardly any steak.They did taste good with good flavor but not filling. I got it once and won’t waist money on it again. Just so disappointing with the food at this location recently. Other locations gives good portions and sometimes extra which is nice.

Worst taco bell I’ve ever been to!! Service sucked.. waited almost 20 minutes for fast food to dine in. Kitchen floor covered in trash, don’t see a manager around. Bathrooms dirty… only seems they care about the drive thru. Just overall bad location. Do not recommend.

This review is strictly for the late night shift , day shift deserves only 2 stars. i ordered late night through door dash , order arrived well packed ,plentiful napkins and variety of condiments , everything EXACTLY as ordered my first steak burrito ever , they made me crave another .so i ordered it for lunch , it didn’t include my extra steak , sent wrong drink in wrong size day shift needs to step it up… …give the night shift a raise..i called to compliment them and could hear they were SLAMMED .but still went above and beyond for a door dash order …btw .i sent pictures of the green drink ( ordered strawberry) and the puny burrito ( i ordered extra meat ) to door dash .. they refunded me ..i think that says it all .. definitely will order late night again .day shift ? Nope .i have better options
