Taco Bell, more like Taco Hell. This place is bottom of the barrel. On the most recent visit, a man was actively throwing up, quite loudly, to the point where we lost our appetite. The employees neither checked on him or even acknowledged him in any way. I highly doubt the table was cleaned after he left. I’ve only gotten my order correct once. The employees will not acknowledge you if you try to get their attention to inform them they have messed up your order and when you finally do they are rude and dismissive. I have always loved Taco Bell but this location has ruined it for me permanently. It is easily the worst service and experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant.

Lork made my Taco Bell experience way better than I expected. Fast food service is usually hit or miss, but he stood out immediately because of how attentive and friendly he was. From the start, he greeted me with a good attitude and actually seemed like he cared about doing his job well, which isn’t something you see every day.

When taking my order, Lork was patient and made sure everything was correct. I had a few custom requests, and instead of rushing or getting annoyed, he double-checked everything and repeated it back to make sure nothing was missed. That alone made the experience smoother and less stressful.

What really stood out was how efficient he was while still being personable. Even when the restaurant was busy, he stayed calm, moved quickly, and kept things running smoothly. The line moved fast, but no one felt ignored or rushed. It was clear he knew what he was doing and handled the pressure well.

The order came out perfect — everything was hot, fresh, and exactly how I asked for it. No missing items, no mistakes, no sloppy food. That says a lot, especially at a fast-food place where accuracy can sometimes be an issue. Lork clearly pays attention to details and takes pride in his work.

He also kept a positive attitude the whole time. Whether he was helping me, talking to another customer, or working with his coworkers, he stayed respectful and upbeat. That kind of energy makes a big difference and honestly improves the whole atmosphere of the place.

Overall, Lork provided some of the best fast-food service I’ve had. He went above and beyond what’s expected and turned a normal Taco Bell run into a genuinely good experience. If more employees had his work ethic and attitude, fast food would have a much better reputation. I’d gladly come back knowing he was working. And he graciously let us keep our cream pie

If you are not planning on dining in, do not order form here, especially after 12pm. Especially do not order off the app because they will not let you cancel your order. No matter how many times you call, nobody responds and if you try the “contact us” via the app, they’re not going to get back to you until the next day. Do not recommend ordering ahead on the app at this location at all

I just went through the drive-thru there for lunch time today. The wait time was 20 minutes! And then they got my order wrong! I don’t recommend coming here for break time. The employees don’t want to move their it’s like they’re being taught to go slow or something. I’ve worked in the food industry lunch time is always a rush. Stop playing. They’re apparently not ready for Rush time. And what happens is people are killing their lunch time in a Drive-Thru. They offered to make my food. That’s not the point I have to go I got work to do. Work that people want in a timely manner.

The place is out of control. The staff are extremely slow and not motivated. I have been waiting here for 40 minutes for a two person meal. I would never return here. The clients are outrage and standing in front of cashier 7 grown adults. My Mom asked for a refund multiple times, and then they did our order. They forgot one item we got home and the food was not seasoned and prepared properly it was horrible to eat. All this happened on September 28. My order was 9:05pm. The staff will ignore you and miss your order if you ask them anything you are ignored

Unfortunately, this Taco Bell location is slow and often feels abandoned. They’re short on staff, which makes service take forever. Definitely not recommended if you’re in a hurry.

Extremely slow wait time. Came to drive thru around 3am no one in line but was told hold on. Sat here for 15min before saying hello again trying to see if they were ready now. Some lady comes on and says we’re not ready for your order. Sat here for another 10min so almost half hour in line and only car at window and no one can take my order. I just was picking up a mobile order. Ended up canceling the order and going to a different Taco Bell.

For a starting try to go into the drive-through is difficult with all the things that they have there but the service is bad. The restaurant is completely empty. You have to tell them they go like three times and finally when you start to order, we don’t have we don’t have we don’t have that is the reason we have to close early so the lady who was talking over the speaker she don’t have any manners I decided to leave and don’t say anything but the worst service is there
