This location is TERRIBLE – inside there is NO personal one on one with anyone. Have to order on a kiosk and it took 15 minutes to get 2 soft tacos. Two people behind me inside got their food before me and every drive thru order was filled before mine was even looked at. I had to final get a person to look at me behind the counter to find my order that they had NOT even started making – remind you it was only 2 soft tacos.

Went to this TacoBell location around 7:30 PM last night… I didn’t get to catch her name but whoever it was working the window made my night! She was so nice! And whoever prepared our food did it with so much love and care! It was made perfectly! It took a little longer than anticipated to get our order but it was so worth the wait!

Terrible service and wait times. Fast food should not take anywhere near 30 minutes. There is absolutely NO reason I should be waiting that long. After 30 minutes of waiting, they then tell me that they don’t have any fries. Do better. 3 people came in after us and got their food before us.

This Taco Bell location was not clean, and the overall dining area looked poorly maintained. This is a good example of how relying too much on automation can affect quality it takes away from the care and attention that real people bring to a place where customers eat. The lack of cleanliness made the experience disappointing, especially considering the cost.

After this last visit I think I will save my money and make tacos at home. For a place that’s brand New the service is Terrible. They should take out the Kiosk because it never registers my order. Hire a Front Counter Cashier to ring people up and handle guest in the lobby Please. Your Shortcuts aren’t working so hire a Front Counter Person!!!

I had the distinct pleasure of having Silfira as my cashier this afternoon.
I had a slightly complicated and large order (no tomato or onion on a significant amount of the food) and Taco Bell’s staff prepared it all perfectly.
I received my order in less than 10 min. (went inside)
As a Lox resident, I am more than thrilled that the majority of the negative reviews (in my experience today) did not hold up…At All!
