Today’s visit I had the great opportunity to be served by McKayla. I only post reviews for those that make a great difference. McKayla was very friendly with a beautiful smile, efficient, fast and thorough. She is a true asset to this company or actually any company. Nowadays you don’t see good attitude and professionalism. Well I Stopped in around 9pm before a 4 hour drive to make a “quick” Taco Bell pick up. Soda machine drinks all tasted like they had no flavor and there was no sweet tea left. it was a hassle to just get them to give me a drink as they were all rude about it. Typical bad attitude you can expect these days from fast food workers unfortunately. I had to literally ask every worker to get me a drink that tasted normal or give me a refund so then they finally change the soda machine out. The 2 visible girls at the front were glued to their phones and gave 0 effort to help me out. Restaurant had people in it and they are just locked in on their phones giving no attention. Pretty sad honestly. Wouldn’t recommend going to this one if you’re tired of the typical ratchetness.

It smelled so bad in here! I threw my entire order in the garbage and left. Didn’t eat one bite of it. Personal hygiene of workers is important when you are serving the public. A shower at some point during the day you are working is required. There was no getting away from the smell anywhere inside. There is no way I would eat anything made here.

I really appreciate the workers at this location. They are always courteous and quick most days. I am not sure what happened today or just the case with drive thru orders, but the Mexican Pizzas were atrocious. I’ve dined in here with no issue, but even my 11 y/o commented on the lack of pride in the product when he saw the food at home. Please take some ownership in the food you prepare. Not that it will ever look like the menu, but that should be the goal.

We waiting 40 minutes after ordering then realized they never even made our food. They completely screwed up the line order. When I tried to say something, they ignored me, literally ignored me. I finally got someone’s attention after 5 minutes of them starring at me only for them to try to give me the wrong food and walk away. Then with attitude, one of the girls put a cup in front of me and turned her back. I said we bought two drinks, and she rudely slammed another cup in front of me and turned her back. After almost an hour, we finally got our food. I will never come back to this location ever again.

I’ve never thought I’d get that many dirty looks and that much rudeness ordering fast food. Unbelievable. I hope everyone working here today gets re-trained.

I spend $20 on Taco Bell and it’s got barely any beef, it’s cheese rice and veggies with a little sprinkle of beef.

The person running the drive-thru was so angry at the world it was shocking. She was angry at the world angry at her job angry at everything. No one in management or ownership who experienced what I just experienced would allow it to continue. Great example of a franchise location that doesn’t have ownership or management eyes on the property.

I will be going to a different location from now on seeing how finger The inside of the cups the bottom side of the cup lids before filling them with drink. She then proceeded to pour half of it over my arm when she handed it to me through the drive-thru. I will make it a formal complaint using their system online besides this review.

Waited in line for over 30 minutes on my 60 minute lunch break. I Couldn’t turn around because the line was so long. Finally get my food just to see it isn’t even what I ordered. I don’t see any tomatoes or sour cream anywhere. Do better!

This was the worse taco bell I have been to. We waited over 45 minutes in the line to get soggy tacos that were cheap on the fillings. It was barely eatable but since I spent $30 I wasn’t going to waste it. Save ur money and time and go somewhere else! The food is definitely not worth it!
