Went there on three different days for lunch during a business trip back in September. I ordered a double steak grilled cheese burrito with guacamole and the order had been on point. The touch screen menus are a great touch to the dining experience.

The sodas all taste like a combination of diet sodas and something that is expired. The beefy 5-layer burrito is not that beefy and might be missing a layer. Plus, the nachos taste off.

Placed an online order on my way home. App said in 5 to 8 minutes, it will be ready. Get into the store, and wait for my name to be called, The app keeps telling me my order is being worked on. After 20 minutes, watching many cars come and go, I ask where my order of three items is. They check the computers and search the kitchen. They finally find the order already made, and give it to me. The only explanation I get from the manager is the equivalent of “oops…”

This was the worse taco bell I have been to. We waited over 45 minutes in the line to get soggy tacos that were cheap on the fillings. It was barely eatable but since I spent $30 I wasn’t going to waste it. Save ur money and time and go somewhere else! The food is definitely not worth it!
