I got the whole order wrong, as I order a chalupa, my burrito grill and cinnamon twist. You couldn’t order at the drive thru only online. Maybe the employee needed a day off, I always say if your attitude is not to be at work call the day off. Don’t ruin it for others.

I love Taco Bell, but tonight was the absolute worst. not even eatable! mysteak was cold and chewy couldn’t swallow it, the chalupa was cold & stale. burrito was cold mush. solft Tacowas ok but cold. Ifelt like I’m eating snow food that just been defrosted. sincerely, A very disappointed, hungry, and angry loyal customer. p.s. they forgot my hot sauce and fries were missing. “great job late night shift, you blew it but hoping you’ll make it right!” thank you!

This location is hit or miss and miss in the most frustrating ways. Almost any time I order from the mobile app, I pull up give the name and come to the window as told. I pull up and they tell me to either pull to the side and they will bring it out or to back up and pull forward again. I’m assuming to reset their timing in some way.
This last time was unfortunate timing and Christmas Eve. They were scheduled to close at 7 so we placed an order at 5:30. When I pull up at 6:15 the person at the order kiosk was rude and when I got to the window they said they had no order with that name. I provided the order number and they claimed they didn’t have it while crumpling the receipt and looking at the screen with the order pulled up. No, I never got this… sir, you’re looking right at it.
Like I said, it was Xmas eve and they were closing in about a half hour so I said fine, can you just give me what you have available or tell me and I’ll request a refund but at least bring my hungry wife something. They said no, we can’t help you. Sorry we are closing soon.

The service was exceptional, i took the name of my customer service representative, and then forgot it…sighs. But he was very polite , courteous, patient, knowledgeable about all the meals they offered, and willing gave suggestions based on what I described my appetite to be at the time. And the option he gave I selected, and it was just as succulent as he described it to be. I was acknowledged the moment I stepped inside and was assisted and facilitated right up to exiting. Awesome job will definitely return.

Disgusting, stale, taste off, not sure it’s sanitary, and pretty sure they resell already made or returned food, or it’s frozen. They try to offset the flavor by adding LOTS of onion. Health inspector/ CEO should come here and take a look around bc it should not taste like that.

The service here is the worst. I ordered a potato bowl. They put 3 potatoes is a side sauce dish sprinkled some cheese on top smother it was more sour cream than potatoes or cheese and charged me $4. My nachos look like they were 1/3 eatenI asked for mild sauce and the only option was fiery hot. I will never come back to this restaurant. Service like this makes me never patronize and Taco Bell.

The food looks nothing like the pictures. I get that we live in a modern, ever changing world but this place along with others now carry a huge computer that looks like a mobile phone in the lobby where you order your food from with no help at all from a human unless you complain really loud! The visually impaired must hate coming in here. It is complicated, takes time which in my opinion if you are paying with a card ordering in the app is easier and atleast you can take your sweet time without pressure from the next person behind you tapping his foot because the person in front of him

I ordered the Mexican pizza because I haven’t had it in like 2 years or so. Man, it was on my mind since I saw the commercial. Ha! When I got it, it looked like a box of slop. The refried beans ran like water, the tomatoes were a very light red, hardly any meat and a single black bean just greeted the pizza even though there should not be any black beans. It was supposed to crispy so that you could pick it up. I had to eat it with a fork oh, which by the way they never have anymore when you ask at this location. I asked for Diablo sauce…no sauce so had to go and ask for it. Also returned the pizza. They made a new one for me. It was the same soggy and watery beans and no meat hardly.
I was hungry and far from the next Taco Bell. I ate what I could and drank the mostly ice and water Baha Blast before throwing it and the rest of the Mexican Pizza out. I will not be back to visit this location for a while. My experience here just made me make a Mexican Pizza for dinner from a recipe from Google. I am not happy.
