This might quite possibly the worst Taco Bell in the world, their staff is horrible and hate their jobs. They never have a manager, food is never good, lights are never on. Absolutely the weirdest and most off-putting restaurant staff I have ever encountered. I ordered at the drive through, and when I got to the window, the person working told me they would give me someone else’s returned order for free instead of what I ordered. Naturally I declined, and was told in that case I would need to wait 15 minutes while they turn the kitchen equipment back on…at 4:30 PM. I’m not sure if this is just one incredibly strange person or what. Very unusual.

There are almost no words for how weird and dysfunctional this Taco Bell is. It’s almost as if someone has trained the employees to be unusual and make patrons feel uncomfortable. The food is just cold Taco Bell food that takes forever to get to you. But the staff are so unpleasant, you don’t even notice how bad the food is compared to other Taco Bell locations. I cannot believe the parent corporation allows their logo on this building.

If i could give this negative stars, I would. The prices on the drive through menu are wrong, it said 11.79 for a group pack but in reality it is 17.49. Big difference!! The employees are rude and give attitude. Most of the times when I go, there is a problem with the card machine and they are “cash only”.

I just came out of a disgusting atmosphere with my 10 year old son. The worker named “Joe” is demanding towards his colleagues and seems like he wanted to show authority… he is just ridiculous… he even said the “F” word during his conversation at the counter where me and my son felt embarrassed to have to presence such an uncomfortable situation. Will never come back there again. Ever!!!!!
