Lady in the drive thru today at 7:40pm was rude disrespectful. I ordered 4 items including a burrito ask for fire sauce got no sauce. I waited at the window to ask for sauce she closed the windows and proceeded to take the next order making me wait instead of asking what was wrong. When she finally asked I said can I have extra fire sauce like I originally asked for. She gave me 4 sauces for all these items and shut the window again. I waited and asked for a refund she got really rude and instead of just offering the extra sauce she said give me your card. As I handed the card to her she snatched it as rough as she could scratching my finger with her long nails. This was incredibly unprofessional and I will be reaching out to corporate during working hours. I actually have a dash cam I should post this on social media for everyone to see.

Not crowded, great service, food was exactly how we ordered it. Friendly & safe staff, wearing masks & gloves. Delicious food. My favorite TACO SPOT! Get the GRANDE NACHOS BOX, you’ll have to split it with someone, or eat in 2 sittings. It’s HUGE!

One of the best taco bells. Clean inside. Few spots of parking available, right next door to McD. The staff is very friendly. Provided quick and excellent service. The food tasted very fresh, delicious and warm. Definitely recommend this location. A+

THE WORST!!! I ALWAYS HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE THERE IF THE CASHIER IS A GIRL NAME CAMILLA. Every time my boyfriend and I come she has a horrible attitude. She rushes you at the intercom then if you want to change your order she gets an attitude. We took our food back on the last occasion because it the HARD tacos were wet and soggy and the inside looked like it had been spit in. She will be reported.

Food is disgusting. Missing items and added stuff that I removed. They forgot my drink, they gave me just the cheese and not the nachos, the burritos and tacos look nothing like the picture half of my burrito was some red chips and there were like 20 grains of rice and it was $25 for barely anything

Unfortunately, this was our first and last visit to this establishment. The experience was unacceptable for several important reasons that we feel compelled to share.
First, the restrooms were out of service, which is a violation of basic public health regulations. As a customer, I needed to wash my hands before eating, and I was denied access to this essential service.
Second, we politely asked if we could upgrade our order to a combo by paying the difference, using the exact same items we had already ordered. The manager on duty refused and showed no willingness to accommodate our request. Disappointing as that was, what followed was far worse: as we turned around to leave, the manager and another employee began mocking us openly.
To the owner of this Taco Bell: are you aware of the kind of staff representing your business? We sincerely hope you read this and take action—not only to ensure compliance with health standards, but also to address the blatant disrespect shown by your team. We would appreciate it if someone could put an end to the mocking behavior of these employees. No customer deserves to be treated this way.
