Went to pick up my food where I had ordered my reward and added to bag with the rest of my items. When I added payment and clicked order and the reward disappeared. When trying to explain at the window a person I assume was the manager. Started telling me it was online only which is the app and that was the way I ordered so instead of trying to make it right, he tried talking over me about how I didn’t order it until it turned into a shouting match. Shameful customer service!

Literally came on here just to say thar this place has the STICKIEST floors out of any business, home, new York subway or generally anywhere I have ever experienced. They don’t even look that dirty but you could get stuck in place taking a piss in the bathroom. The lobby is equally as sticky.

Like any other fast food joint the kids working there do okay and always miss something but it fit my busy day and I didn’t expect perfection so it worked for me.
