Twice now this week I’ve made a sauce modification to the cantina chicken bowl from avocado ranch to creamy jalapeño and both times no sauce at all was added.
Which means someone read the modification enough to leave the avocado ranch off but didn’t bother to pay attention and add the creamy jalapeño which of course is an upcharge so I’ve paid EXTRA to get absolutely nothing.
Frankly it’s just ridiculous and infuriating and mistakes like this seem to only happen during the evening shift.

It’s 2 AM and I just left Taco Bell, and I had to leave a review. Yanier and Milka were honestly so lovely and kind. The place was really busy, especially for that time of night, but they still treated everyone with patience and a smile. They didn’t rush me, didn’t seem annoyed, just genuinely helpful and sweet. Late nights can be hectic, but they handled it with such a good attitude. Really appreciated their kindness.

The lady at the drive thru was nice but that was the only positive thing from my experience today. I so ordered a nacho bell grande with the chips on the side and no beans. They charged me regular price for a side of rice, cheese, even the meat. And they didn’t even put the sour cream in the bag and they still gave me beans. Went inside the restaurant to explain the problem and they refused to do anything about it. That was really unfair especially the fact that i got side portions instead of full and I was still charged regular price and than some.

This location right here, 10/10! The staff are actually fast, reliable and NICE. No matter the time, my food is always hot and fresh. I haven’t been served a stiff taco since. That’s why I’m constantly going here. Inside the restaurant is very clean and quiet. In the lobby they have a sauce station, packed with different sauces, utensils and more. Love it here

Why does this taco bell smell like that, honestly makes me sick to my stomach and i could barely wait for my order. The lobby was completely empty, so the employee attended me qwick and swift but I couldn’t get over the horrible smell.

Went late at night, food was good but the cashier decided upon herself to round up my total with a donation without asking me! Luckily I caught that on the big screen and it was removed. But no apologies, just a laugh cause she got caught. And they forgot to give me a taco that I ordered. If you’re going to charge more make sure the order is fully complete!
