Absolutely garbage customer service. Processed mobile order without looking at it, realized they were out of everything but refused to refund the order. “Manager” couldn’t speak English well enough to communicate or understand and was flat out lazy/unwilling to address the mistake they admitted to and said take it up with corporate.

This is my local (closest) taco bell and we avoided it for a long police because it was awful but WOW! THIS PLACE ROCKS! Gets your order right, food is fresh and hot and the people are so sweet helpful and amazing!

We ate here in the middle of the week and ordered our food at approximately 8pm. After 36 minutes of cold waiting we received finally the food.
The food was good and hot as well, but it last so long, that we were tired of waiting. Even the drive thru was served faster than the people who are waited inside the restaurant.
I ask why it last so long and the answer was that there are to lees employees. Maybe the next time you should ask how long it will last before you order the food.
