I recently visited this Taco Bell location and had such an exceptional experience that I felt compelled to share my thoughts. From the quality of the food to the remarkable level of service, everything exceeded my expectations.
The food was delicious and prepared exactly to my liking, but what truly made this visit memorable was the outstanding service I received from Manager Winsly. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such genuine pride in ensuring their customers are completely satisfied. Winsly went above and beyond throughout my entire visit, checking in to make sure everything met my expectations and demonstrating the kind of attentive care that turns a simple meal into a truly pleasant experience.
What impressed me most was Winsly’s dedication even after my meal was served. Rather than simply moving on to other tasks, he took the time to ensure I had everything I needed and that my experience was exactly what I had hoped for. This level of customer service is increasingly uncommon, and it speaks volumes about both Winsly’s professionalism and the culture of excellence at this location.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I will absolutely be returning to this Taco Bell. When you have a manager who genuinely cares about creating positive experiences for customers, it makes all the difference. Highly recommended!

This place is terrible. The staff are so incredibly rude. I placed my online order at approximately 9:19 pm. My order wasn’t ready until 9:55. When I pulled up, the drive-thru line was SO long, that I went inside to pick up my order instead. Not one employee would acknowledge me, but yet helped the DoorDasher that came in after me, first. When I told her I was here first, she scowled at me, asked me the name for my order, then she rudely told me they didn’t have an order with that name (despite it reflecting on the app on my phone). I left and went into the drive-thru. When I finally got to the window, the employee handed me my drink, and I politely told her that it was supposed to be without ice. She gave SUCH a long, dramatic eye roll, that even the passenger in my car saw it. Additionally, I paid extra to have ALL the items in my meals (including a party pack) with extra meat.
However, they were prepared with just the standard amount of meat that we usually get when I don’t pay the extra amount of money. If a Customer pays for something, it should be given to Customer, or it’s theft. When I opened up my food, the tacos were stuck to the food wrappers, and I literally had to rip them from the wrapper, to which the taco broke, and the food everywhere.
Also, if I treated my Customers at my job, the way I was treated, I would be fired. I will be contacting corporate about my experience.

This is the worst Taco Bell ever and the franchise hires certified unintelligent employees. My girlfriend and I ordered 2 potato breakfast burritos. Certified vegetarian by Taco Bell. They had a giant mound of disgusting sausage at the end. I went into complain and get a refund and they admitted to me, and asking if I was sure I didn’t want it, that they put sausage in every burrito, even the potato and bacon ones
UMMM… WHAT?
I got WAY angrier at this than normal and made them look at the green “V” on the menu. Like, seriously, HOW ARE YOU THIS STUPID? Even many meat eaters don’t like sausage! There’s a reason there’s three options of burrito!
They did remake it AND refund me which is good but I’m still floored by how unbelievably idiotic this was. Corporate is being called. If this franchise can’t meet brand standards they should not operate at all.

Really disappointed with this Taco Bell. The wait was way too long even when it wasn’t busy, and the food came out cold and sloppy. The staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in fixing mistakes, and the whole place felt disorganized. With so many better options around, this just wasn’t worth the time or money. Definitely not the 3.6 star experience it claims.

no stars. every time i go there, the workers are always rude. I went around 5:55 pm and the worker on was so rude, slammed the door in our face multiple times. Told me to reverse and back up for no reason and then got mad when i wasn’t at the window. Gave attitude when she forgot to give me a straw. They are always are rude there and it’s not worth even going. If you don’t like your job, quit. she should be fired.

On a Friday night 3/6, went through the drive through ordered & wasn’t told there was a wait or anything. Get to the window paid and the girl told me to pull up by the front door. I could see it’s a bit busy inside maybe about 6 people waiting at the counter. I waited outside for a whole HOUR AND A HALF with my 4year old in the car. Finally my sister gets out and goes to the counter and is ignored for another 20 minutes. This was rude and super unprofessional. Management was RUDE but the employees finally asked what was going on and trying to help while manager was yelling at them not to help. ???? Not fast food.

I didn’t even get to the food because the girl that took my order was so rude to me that I just backed out of the drive through lane and left. This happened 5:45 on 11/25/25. And she said she was the manager. There was only one other car in the drive through with me. No wonder Chick Filet is so packed. People just want good service without a rude person with an attitude.

The payment machine off , get ignored trying to pay with cashier, because everyone is only attending drive thru. You should consider of just locking your door for dine in this is worst tacobell it’s a shame. And the a/c must be like 50 degrees. Owner losing money i bet this store should have an aduit

I’ve had better customer service at the DMV. Went through the drive through twice and no one would take my order. Then went inside and ordered and bug surprise got the order wrong; spent 40 min total trying to get my food and only four customers inside who were already eating.

Lazy, rude staff would rather cuss you out than take your order. It’s 24 hours but they’ll just decide they “can’t take orders” when ever they please. Minimum wage is too good for these rude kids. I got screamed at by the child working the drive through. Why work in customer service?
