This is my go to Taco Bell since I live near by. I usually wouldn’t put up a review but this past weekend I ordered a steak quesadilla & steak grilled cheese burrito. I paid for it, got my food, drove home, and realized I was given the wrong order. I was kinda let down as I looked forward to munch away my hunger. I decided to drive back & get my proper order as I still had my receipt. As I got to the drive thru speaker, I explained what happenes, and the gentleman didn’t question anything. He asked me what my original order was and to pull up to the window. I got to the window and he apologized for the mix up. I was not angry or upset. We’re all human 🙂 He was empathetic which I appreciate! He gave me my proper order and even 2 coupons for free tacos in the future. I gave him my receipt just in case. But it was great customer service! The gentleman’s name is Jayden (according to my original receipt)! Thank you Jayden and thank you to the manager on duty for not questioning or being bothered by finding a solution to my issue. This happened on Saturday 2/21/26 if that helps. Cheers 🙂

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! THEY WILL DISAPPOINT YOU EVERY TIME! I ordered a combo# 1 and asked for beef and received chicken. My food was extremely cold and when i asked can I switch the meal for a taco 12 pack and I’ll pay the difference I was told NO. So i decided to just get my money back then pay for a 12 pack and I was told that I have to go back around and order when there was no one in the drive through after me. The manager or whoever she was running shift on 9/18/2025 at 8:54 pm is extremely rude and when I asked for her name she didn’t want to give it to me. I think she said her name was MARLENY while rolling her eyes. She needs to learn how to treat the customers with respect before your business starts to lose customers and after reading these comments I will never be back to this disorganized place. I’ll take my money somewhere else.

I had ordered online in the parking lot and the order said it would be ready in 5 minutes. I walk in and all the workers are in the back. There isn’t anyone making anything. Once they came out, they made some tacos and put it in the bag but didn’t call a name. It turns out those tacos were mine and had been sitting there behind the glass for 20 minutes without them saying anything. I go up to get a workers attention and at first I am ignored, then when I finally talk to someone about it, she tries to give me the cold food. I tell them to remake it and wait another 10 before I even get my food. The service was horrible and they were very rude.

So you go inside of the building to get your food faster? Yet if you would have went through the drive through, they would have been much quicker. It is now going on 17 minutes and I’m still standing here. Waiting for my food. 4 people working on the drive through 1 person working from the kiosk.
