Ignored by a rude employee Samira, as soon as I walked in I raised my hand to ask for them to open the bathroom door, she did eye contact and ignored me, I waited for her once more… and politely I asked again… “excuse me miss!”. Once more she eye contact me, she rolled her eyes at me, and ignored me AGAIN. I do understand that working on a fast paced environment could be overwhelming, but CUSTOMER SERVICE should be a priority for all business alike. Employers watch carefully your business, people like this can really affect you sales. Manager on duty came to our table and apologized for her employee behavior, the rest of the experience was awesome thanks to the manager.

I usually have a good experience and I don’t like to only leave a review for a bad experience but I’d just like to point out this instance to prevent it in the future. I ordered the grilled cheese burrito deluxe box. The other items were great. Then I pulled out the burrito. Good Lord, it was the saddest burrito I had ever gotten from Taco Bell. To put it simply, it was like whoever made it only added the ingredients at the ends and then spread the chips through out. It was so flat. I asked for no rice, but I know that the rice is not 90% of the burrito. The middle was basically cheese and bread. I am giving a 3 and not lower cause I have had a mostly fine experience with this location.

I went to the drive thru and the guy on the speaker was saying that I was talking “too low” but I really wasn’t. And I had to repeat my order three times for him to hear it. Then when I asked him how much the food was he told me the price. Then he asked me twice what kind of sauce I wanted and I told him two times like don’t tell me that I’m talking too low when he decided to speak first to the customer and not even bothered listening first.

Horrible Taco Bell. Asked for a bean crunch wrap vegetarian. They gave us a meat crunch wrap and my daughter took a bite and got sick when she realized it was meat. Girl at counter thought it was funny. Manager was worse. Will never be back

So this Taco Bell, unlike every other Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, has the worst service I have ever experienced. One thing that stands out, though, It’s their staff who tries to stall for time so the restaurant can close and not have to serve me or attend me whatsoever.
