We had to wait over 40 mins to get our food inside. Nothing “fast food” about this place. They prioritize the drive through line while the inside got over crowded with people just waiting to get their food. We weren’t even offered our drinks until I had to ask. And even then it took them over 5 minutes to give me the empty cups so I can fill it up myself.

Dean’s customer service was so great, I had to park immediately and write this review after getting my food. The moment I arrived at the drive through, Dean greeted me so warmly that I could feel his smile through the speaker. This is my favorite Taco Bell to go to because of employees like Dean. He made sure my order was exactly how I asked and helped me with my menu suggestions. Thank you for bringing a smile to my face , Dean!

I visited this Taco Bell around 2-3 hours ago to pick up an order and witnessed a manager speaking to an employee in an aggressive and openly disrespectful manner in front of customers. The tone was hostile and inappropriate for a workplace setting.
I later spoke briefly with the employee, who indicated that this behavior is common and happens regularly. That was honestly concerning to hear.
No employee deserves to be treated that way, especially in front of customers. Management should set the standard for professionalism and respect. I hope the store owner or district manager looks into this situation, because this kind of environment affects both employees and customers.

Absolutely amazing customer service—the best I’ve had in a long time! I would 100% recommend driving down to this Taco Bell. You can also tell the food is freshly made and really tasty. Everything was perfect, and Rafael and Luis demonstrated lots of attention to detail, especially in how they prepared the orders accurately and ensured everything was served just right.

Excited to be able to go to taco bell and order a mexican pizza once again! This taco bell has bn the taco bell I have visited since my family moved to this area back in 1995! This has bn one of the best tacobells ever! The only thing I would knock, has to be consistency and appearance notice the mexican pizza has all the tomatoes towards the center! I dont mean to be petty for what im complaining about but it literally takes the same amount of time to spread it out evenly. Temperature is great, cleanliness is great. Sauces are given without asking so are napkins, sporks etc.
