It’s what you’d expect from any Taco Bell, but their drink machine is ‘broken’ (or they don’t want people getting refills?) and it says open until midnight but that’s just drive thru and it’s not made clear.

This location has seriously gone down hill. I’m not sure if it’s management or lazy works but they always take a very long time to give you your order. Whether they make you pull up to the door or behind the “yellow pole” they make customers wait forever. They let me place an online order and I’ve been at their window waiting 15 minutes… Honestly ridiculous.

Worst day ever and i go by here often asked for bean burritos with Extra Cheese Extra sour cream git thin crapburritos with nothing in them.. drive back around and asked please fill my burritosadd the extra cheese and extra sour cream i paid for look at photo. Horrible customer service is what I want to start off with now I have worked in the fast food department and I know what it is like and the thing is I never in my life ever served someone food as nasty as this, I was always nice and polite and gave them their food nice, fresh and hot. But this I cannot understand it’s disgusting my husband said that his Chipotle melt was cold, my Cheesy Gordita Crunch had no sour cream and was cold as well. This isn’t acceptable at all and as im seeing the comments I see that they’re doing stuff like this a lot and not getting held accountable which is crazy

Service was horrible, never again the rudest people they picked from the bottom of the crab barrel. They never train for customer service. They truly need classes. There is no score for service for that reason.
