The taste of the food was good, but when it comes to sizes these people are super greedy, the sauces were filled up less than halfway, and I got this item that I’ve ordered before in another location multiple times, twice as large by the way, but when I brought it to their attention saying that the item is small ( not just small but thin, and basically no filling ) they got mad saying that that’s the size of the item.. They offered me a refund but I said no that I want the size of the item I’ve always gotten, I also had a missing item but they did replace it.. besides that, this is the greediest and rudest taco bell I’ve been to.

I’m extremely disappointed and honestly very upset.
I’m a hardworking person who stopped at the drive-thru because I didn’t have time to go inside. My order was SIMPLE: one Cheesy Gordita Crunch, two Beef Chalupas, and a Mango Fiesta Tea.
How do you mess that up?
Instead of beef chalupas, I was given TWO black bean chalupas. That’s not a small mistake — that’s completely wrong. When someone is on a tight schedule and grabbing a quick meal between work, this kind of error is unacceptable.
This isn’t funny and it’s not minor. It shows a lack of attention and quality control. Management seriously needs to step up and make sure orders are being checked before handing them out.
Customers deserve accuracy — especially for such a basic order.

I stopped in on my way to work at 8:55pm
The place was almost empty besides except for 3 teenage girls setting together,
I ordered the three taco as supreme combo
There were at least 4 workers I the kitchen area
I ordered them for in-store meal
After a few minutes I saw one of the workers toss a to go sack on the counter and go back in the kitchen without saying anything
Then one of them a girl’s name, and one of the 3 girls went up and got a food order, while another couple came in and ordered, and then received a to go order
Finally at 9:15pm I walked up and asked if my order would be much longer because I had to be at work soon
The woman asked me what my name was, I said Stephen, so she looked in the bag at the ticket and handed me the bag with no drink. I said, my order was for here, and it was a combo

This is the closest Taco Bell to me, but you’re honestly better off going to another location. The food is objectively bad. Every time I order a burrito from here the texture of the rice is like little stone pebbles. Always undercooked or stale I can’t really tell but it’s awful.

I ordered online some cheesy rice burritos and weren’t made good. I called the store and manager Miguel picked up right away and I told him my issue and he resolved immediately. 10 pm there was a long line at the drive through. The worker seemed to not listen to what I was saying. Anyway the doritos locos tacos I believe are corn tortilla so I got those. They are well priced. Most of the items will be wheat tortilla such as the burritos or quesadillas so watch out for those items. I believe they have taco bowls to skip that. Overall good. All the drive through’s in this area have high traffic

Worst experience I’ve had at a Taco Bell. I placed an online order for pickup and even then I have to wait 40 minutes for my food to be prepared. And it made sense since there was only one girl making the orders.
