If I could give this location negative stars I would. Rude and incompetent staff. Seems like management will hire anyone off the street. Couldn’t event get a basic order that is categorized by number correct. Does the staff even know how to count? This place needs new managment or owner asap.

I’m leaving a 1 star review because I’ve come to this location many times as it a family favorite and to home and for the first time I’ve had a NEGATIVE experience. This was due to the store manager Chris, chubby maybe Spanish with long dark hair just in case the wrong name was provided. I ordered a #13 and #6 and the drinks were different sizes, I asked to for to pay the difference to get the same size for the drinks and he argued with me and told be I would have to pay for an additional drink or go back through the line because his line was getting long when he could’ve just charged me the difference or something. His explanation for the inconvenience was that the chalupas come with a large and I’m supposed to check the screen. The Taco Bell rep should have repeated the order. When I refused to go back to the end of the line he threaten ban me, I’ve come to this location SO MANY TIMES AND NEVER HAVE I FELT SO TERRIBLE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had to go to another Taco Bell location 20 minutes from my home, and ended up getting the soft tacos instead of chalupa’s. Overall negative experience, the customer service was poor, and the fact that he called himself a manager the in store camera footage needs to be reviewed, I will be contacting corporate on Monday.

We just picked up our order, unfortunately my boyfriend forgot his phone so he couldn’t prove to the staff the order was wrong but when he got home the entire order was incorrect. We ordered 2 of the ranch nacho fries and 2 of the street chalupas and instead we got a regular taco, 2 random burritos of some sort I don’t even recognize, and what looks like a crunchwrap which was burned. And besides that my boyfriend said that the staff was rude when he got there and when he said he had an online order which was under my name, they responded sarcastically and then told him “okay, pull up Sabrina”… they also asked several times who the order was for but still got it totally wrong. He said it didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. Safe to say we won’t be going there anymore.

BAD SERVICE
I recently visited the Taco Bell on Wiles Road, Coral Springs, FL and had a disappointing experience. It was late at night, and the staff, mostly younger black employees, seemed to be more focused on handling DoorDash orders than attending to customers at Drive-Thru. The employees say The outdoor menu screen shut off at 1 AM automatically, making it impossible to order directly from the menu; Its forced to use the app instead. To make matters worse, the sprinklers were on and spraying water onto customers’ cars in the drive-through.
When I approached the drive-through window, it felt unprofessional. It didn’t seem like the staff took their job seriously ear price like AirPods or were properly trained. I couldn’t help but wonder who is managing this location. It appears the team needs better supervision, and Taco Bell should review the security footage to assess the staff’s behavior.
On a separate occasion, it seemed like they intentionally turned off the lights outside to make it look like they were closed. It’s frustrating to see the lack of professionalism at this location. If you’re okay with subpar service, this is the place to go; otherwise, you might want to take your business elsewhere. Close this taco bell for food.
