Best Taco Bell location I’ve ever been to! All the employees here are so welcoming and helpful. I wish every other fast food spot around here had employees like these! They helped explain the mobile ordering process for us while helping us with picking the right menu option. Something you don’t really expect a restaurant employee to help you with, that’s why I’m so impressed how above and beyond these employees go!

What a disappointment taco bell I got the 2 quesarito and added steak was basically 8 dollars each for the burrito me thinking I was going to get a nice size burrito for 8 dollars I get a small barley no steak in the burrito what a waste of money I’ll can go to Chipotle and get a steak burrito for 9 dollar 3 x bigger then what I get will not but thier again

My favorite Taco Bell. The staff is amazing including Jenny. I believe she’s the manager there and had amazing energy! Food is always hot which is a plus. Thank you!!!

I had a really disappointing experience at the Taco Bell located west of Sample and Coral Springs Drive in Coral Springs. When I pulled up to the drive-through to place my order, the speaker was extremely faint. I could barely hear the employee, even after asking her to repeat herself multiple times. Since I genuinely couldn’t hear anything, I told her I would pull up to the window to place my order.
When I got to the window, I was told they couldn’t take my order because “corporate doesn’t allow it.” I explained that the speaker wasn’t working, and instead of trying to help, I was told I needed to come inside or order through the app — which is very inconvenient when you’re already in the drive-through.
I then asked for the manager, but she insisted that nothing was wrong with the speaker and even told me I was the first person to say anything about it, basically implying that I was lying. After going back and forth about the issue, she eventually said she did want to take my order — but by that point, I was already frustrated with the whole situation and just left.
If a speaker isn’t functioning properly, that’s not the customer’s fault. The lack of understanding, the refusal at first to take my order, and the way the situation was handled made the experience incredibly frustrating. This is not the type of customer service I expect from Taco Bell, and I won’t be returning to this location if this is how customers are treated.

I have been ordering for quite some time at this place and don’t get disappointed. The order is always right, and the staff is always friendly. A shut out for Am, as she is a great associate, always with a smile and great attitude.

I just left here less than 2 minutes. Poor service and an almost dead drive thru order taker. One measly soft taco that was dripping like someone spit in it and “bubbles”. It’s a sad day and time when there has to be a food inspection before eating it. I’d rather make my own food. Never ever again. I wondered why the parking lot only had 2 cars in it.
You can’t convince me, that the employee did not spit in this.

This TB is very disappointing. The people working when I went last night were rude children with no customer service sense. The inside is dirty, and they are out of fire sauce? Service is extremely slow, and after waiting, I had 2 of 5 items ordered missing. I love TB, so this is a shame.

I stop last night and I get 2 numbers (1) i eat and my family eat the same way and we both we we both get stomachache I know what type meet or how old is it everyone need Be careful with this this location we need to contact the health department to make sure everything is up to date and everything fresh everything one be careful with food

Stopped in on my way to a local retail store. Was hungry so why not? I grabbed the $5.00 Grande Nachos Box with a drink. Much bigger than I thought it would be and could be shared with others….Too bad I didn’t lol. Super friendly cashier and the store was very nice and clean. The chips in my nachos were the right amount of crunchy so yay to Taco Bell! Normally I get either stale or soggy chips at other Taco Bell locations but never this one so A+ to you. I’ll be back before they remove that special trust me.
