I visited this Taco Bell around 12:20 AM and unfortunately had a very poor experience. From the moment I began ordering, the employee taking my order seemed very inattentive and slow to respond. I had to repeat my order multiple times, which already made the interaction frustrating.
I ordered a #1 and asked to substitute beef instead of chicken. I was charged for the change, but my order was still made incorrectly. I also asked for fries and was again charged extra, yet the overall order was not handled properly.
My family and I were on the road and just needed something quick to eat, so this was really disappointing—especially since I chose to bring them here. The entire interaction made me feel like we were a burden rather than customers. There was very little sense of care or attentiveness, and it honestly felt like our business was not wanted.
I hope this location can work on customer service and attentiveness, because this experience did not reflect well at all.

Its wild. They make you back up in the drive thru when youre at the window. Almost like there is a timer and theyre cheating to appear fast. It would seem a timer would be so that the customer got in and out quickly, but apparently its to inconvenience the customer so that the employees make their time target. Wild!

I’ve only been here 4 times but each time everything has been on point! The employees are polite, my food is always hot, they get my order exactly right, & they understand extra sauce means 10 packs – not 2 haha. I’ve eaten inside once and it was clean and quiet. I know it’s just taco bell so who really cares but the management is doing a good job, and i think that always deserves recognition. ◡̈

They are LOUSY with a capital L. Wehad tacos with less than an index finger of meat and cheese that apoeared as if my accudent. When I objected they said to write to corporate as they all communicated in Creole ignoring me. I did just that and had there manager call me and soend 20 minutes telling me that Taco Nell has financial problems and that corporate policy is that cheese cannit exceed the dianeter of an index finger. She said she would send me 3 gift coupons of 5 dollars each. Two weeks later I received one for $5 with a card that said we messed up so I guess to have those printed this must be frequent. This is the third Taco Bell where we did notbreceive properly done food, got attitude from a manager and creole speaking staff, and got a worthless call after complaining to corporate. I sent a tip to ICE to investigate Taco Bell in South Florida..

Food and service was fine. Nothing wrong there. But the drive thru took 30 minutes to get my food, I only had 1 taco supreme…
In that time frame I could have bought all the ingredients and cook the food myself at home! Problem was I could not even back out since I was already stuck in the line.
I might go back but next time inside no drive through.

Better off going some where that can at least count. Always missing items and then argue it’s there. Most of the time you will not get what you order anyways. Better off slapping twenty dollars and hoping for something good. At least at that point you will not be disappointed.

The food is always properly loaded. It somehow actually feels like freshly home made food. I try to always compliment them. Especially the afternoon crew. They are great.

Will not be back to this location. Poor service. I sat in the driveway for eternity…only to have to say Hello. Then dude answers. Proceeds to say he cant hear me so I raised my voice…loud…very loud to make sure he heard me, after sitting for an eternity. Then he says..oh I can hear you now, with an attitude and then NOTHING. SO I DROVE OFF AND WONT BE BACK. TACO BELL…IM OFFICALLY DONE. I’d give NO STARS if that was possible.
