I have had nothing but great experiences at this location. Food is always hot and the staff is friendly. I had a mishap with an order I had placed and they kindly happily fixed it even though it wasnt their fault, it was mine. But that speaks volumes about their team and customer service. I will gladly eat there again.

This place is ABSOLUTE TRASH. Every time I order here my order is completely wrong. It seems like they have something against supreme tacos and hot sauce. I NEVER get my tacos supreme or hot sauce. This time it went to a whole other level they literally gave me a lettuce taco. No meat whatsoever let alone anything else. I’m livid. I will make sure their reputation gets completely destroyed.

Went to the drive thru to acquire some food late on a Friday night. I AM THE ONLY VEHICLE IN THE DRIVE THRU. An indecisive passenger decided late that they wanted a chicken chalupa which was requested to be added BEFORE we paid. I was told it cannot be added. I literally went around the building to order a chicken chalupa that could have been added OR added to a new order.

This has to be the worst Taco Bell in all south Florida. While I know they are short staffed I was patient enought to wait for my food. I ordered a Double Steak Spicy Grilled Cheese Burrito and a Mexican Pizza. What I got was probably the worst food tasting and presentation ever. First I have had this burrito a couple of times, always plenty of cheese and the jalapenos are inside, as well as it having plenty of steak. This burrito had none to little cheese as you will see from the piture and the jalapenos stuck to the outside. Now the pizza you see on the menu is not what you will get anywhere! But you would hope that it might be close! Well this was the ultimate fail! Just take a look at that picture.

Today 06/19/2025 at approximately 1234. I was greeted by your Cashier at the intercom.Jeanne Petit. Miss Petit promptly took my order, her tone of voice was very kind and patient. I proceeded to order the 5piece nugget meal. Miss Petit was very pleasant continuously throughout my experience, while others focus on negative reviews, I love when the opportunity arises for me to make a pleasant review. I will definitely be back at your location, all because of the positive energetic exchange I recieved from miss Petit. Taco bell, please recognize this employee. She was very subtle, but effective , Use her as a model employee,and promote her! As her energy is very contagious and uplifting. She demonstrated the example of what to be. She most definitely understood what “customer service “means,and demonstrated that perfectly, from my observation.

So on Sunday 09/21 me and my husband stopped by to get a quick lunch, we needed some help with the order so I said excuse me 3 times the girl behind the counter can hear me we were not far from each other no answer so I yelled out hello she didn’t even give me eye contact but responded by saying I’ll be right with you. I waited nothing there were 3 people behind the counter and no one came to help so I walked out. I was there for about 10 mins maybe more and no one cared enough to ask what was the problem or how can they help. I tried to call to speak with the manager just 2 mins ago on Monday 09/22 around 4:20pm the attitude was out of this world. I asked for the general manager she asked who is it I gave her my name and she asked why I said I would like to speak with the general Manager directly. She stated that the manager is refusing to speak with me, I proceeded to tell her I will call corporate and put in the complaint directly she said I don’t care we are not corporate and hung up I called back she picked up the phone and hung up right away. That is why computers are replacing humans. There was no need for all of that that is a place of business and definitely not your business for you to treat people like that. But I am definitely staying far away from that place and I would recommend you do the same, god bless the owner if he allows people like that to work for him or her, sir or ma’am your business will shut down very quickly.

They make you circle around even for small orders. Had the audacity to ask me to circle around a second time – no. Didn’t even give me a receipt. Used to be so much better. Took a video but couldn’t upload it.
