This is ridiculous. I usually give their employees good responses on their surveys but I am extremely disappointed. I asked for a hard shell taco with no lettuce and they give me a tea spoon of beef and 4 strings of cheese. The taco is not even half way filled. I was speechless when I opened the wrapper

I had a fairly sizable order and came in about 10 minutes before close without realizing it, made my order at the kiosk, selected I’d pay with cash absent mindedly and didn’t think to pay first at the counter to initiate the order processing. I muddied the waters in a pretty busy closing time so I’m sure that me hovering around waiting for my order stressed the team out. When closing time came and someone who placed their order ahead of me got their order and left and I hadn’t got mine yet I asked about mine, and the worker, William, helped me figure out what went wrong and then made my order for me in spite of the fact that they were closed and I offered to just forget about it happily. William went above and beyond what I expected him to do for me, and the team as a whole looked to be in good spirits during that busier evening as well. Overall fantastic service here.

This is literally the only place i would come to on a Friday night in the drive thru. They always get my order right and are hardly ever packed, so the drive thru goes quick. Food is good and fresh.

If you live in homestead or this is your nearby Taco Bell, I highly recomend you to drive further… this is the worst location of this brand in all florida. We order a taco and burrito box and pay extra $8 for making them suprem. However, you can barely see the ingredients on the taco, you can count the tomato and the sour cream from which I pay extra is just 2 or 3 drops if you’re lucky… I paid $23.43 for the taco and burrito box that cost $13 because I wanted them enhanced and guess what… was just a waste of my money… Please drive further or choose another place to eat. It’s extremely disappointing.

Today’s food was ok, they are usually better. The side order of guacamole was minimal in quantity and included the hard stem. Gross! They are the closest Taco Bell to my home, I don’t have options.

So, I get off from work and the fam wanted me to pick up Taco Bell late after I got out (right) and as I’m ordering, I made a mistake and said tartar sauce) hence is sour cream. The cashier/order taker is being rude and sarcastic stating” tartar sauce “ in a being funny manner. I explained to her if I don’t know something just explain we don’t have or the item does not come with that as a topping . Keep simple and customer friendly. The manager defended he employee stating the person was not saying it in that manner as apode to taking action to correct the employee, and tend to my needs. But I guess Customers come last and our service has gotten worst . The funny thing is I always eat at this place and for this to occur makes me second guess this location after that encounter. The General manager or district manager needs to take accountability and train their staff or coach in most cases like this if not that place will continue to get negative reviews.
