Solid Taco Bell location. The dining area was clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. I used the kiosk for a quick ordering process, and the food arrived surprisingly fast.
Parking was a breeze, the order was 100% accurate, and the food met the consistent quality you’d expect from the brand.

the food isn’t bad but as soon who used to work at Taco Bell at a different location the service is horrible. Workers are lazy. And the food could definitely been done better. When I pay for extra I expect extra. When I order a drink I expect the drink I order. I would understand if they were out which I believe that if they were it should’ve had something written. It wasn’t. I order from here a lot and almost every single time my order has been messed up. On Thursday 11/13 I ordered a flaming hot grilled cheese burrito with extra sour cream I didn’t get ANY then I ordered baja blast medium which I also did not receive. Today I ordered two cheesy fiesta potatoes and a strawberry freeze and I received the orange freeze. Which i can’t have anything orange or orange flavored. Although when talking to the manager she was very sweet it just sucks that the service is so poor and very clear that the workers do not care. If your workers cannot do there job find new people.

The overnight workers that worked August 30, 2025 are so lazy and they have the worst customer service. I went to pick up my mobile order and I used my reward as well to get a free gordita crunch. I ordered the Cantina taco box, a two piece of the Cinnabon delights and a side of sour cream to go with my tacos. When I received my food, I opened the box to see to my surprise a squirt of sour cream inside of the sauce cup. Taco Bell charges a dollar for a side of sour cream and I’m pretty sure that’s not what a side of sour cream was supposed to be. Furthermore, my Cantina tacos are supposed to have toasted cheese on the outside. I guess they didn’t feel like putting the cheese on the tacos either and wanted to be funny. My cheesy gordita crunch didn’t have any cheese in the inside layer between the soft taco shell and the hard shell like it usually does and the soft shell wasn’t steamed. I get that it’s late but why work a job overnight if you don’t feel like working. Food is not cheap and I work for my money just like you guys do so when I spend my money at any establishment, I expect for my food to be made the way that it’s supposed to be made. Also, the guy at the drive thru cash register probably should be working in the back making the food because he clearly does not like to deal with people at all. I don’t understand why someone has to even go through these issues at all. Treat people the same way you will want to be treated plain and simple. I called the store to address all of the issues and to try to see if I can get a refund, but they told me to request it through the app which I did, but I didn’t get back my reward for my free gordita crunch that wasn’t made properly. . Thanks for the poor service

I’m not sure what happened to this place but the chalupas have started being given with undercooked/hard/old flour tortillas. The few times i’ve ordered from here, the chapulas are all the same quality; with undercooked flour.

Love this place, I go here for lunch all the time. The staff are friendly and very hospitable, they make my visits super pleasant and I always look forward to stopping by because of them 🙂 The food is also always well prepared and tastes great. The folks here do a spectacular job and I appreciate them immensely!

I ordered the Catina Bowl with steak not chicken. It was still $8 and something I feel like I got away without paying full price. All of this for that price? Whew! Thanks! Gimme dat! It’s really good. Hidden underneath is brown rice and also black beans it’s soooo delicious !!

This review is not about the specific location, it’s a review of taco bells pricing for the mtn dew gelato. It was a fun novelty try, but honestly not worth the $5 price for how tiny it is. In my humble opinion, for the price it should be pint sized or cheaper, like $1.50 maybe $2 max. The texture was nice, flavor was a little lack luster especially due to the chemical aftertaste. All in all as a baja blast enthusiast, it was a fun try and I was excited my local location had it available; but I will stick to getting my fix from the regular drink/freezie!

This is ridiculous. I usually give their employees good responses on their surveys but I am extremely disappointed. I asked for a hard shell taco with no lettuce and they give me a tea spoon of beef and 4 strings of cheese. The taco is not even half way filled. I was speechless when I opened the wrapper

This is literally the only place i would come to on a Friday night in the drive thru. They always get my order right and are hardly ever packed, so the drive thru goes quick. Food is good and fresh.

Fairly clean with good parking but better to use the drive through. Best to enter south bounds on US1 or Krome. It’s joined with KFC if you feel like some chicken. Seems like a lime but they go through quickly.
