This is the second time here through the drive through, last night and tonight. We were shorted our food and over ordered and charged for items we didn’t order. And to make it worse they show we ordered sour cream and there wasn’t any in the food and it wasn’t on the side either. On top of that we were charged for avocado green sauce, we never ordered And didn’t even get the sauce. We immediately drove back through the drive through, beeped the horn and she never returned.

I will say this though, if you don’t already use the Taco Bell app, you should do that right now and then go to your nearest location. It’s worth it, at least for your 1st visit/check-in. They give you an immediate free food offer, I chose a $5.99 burrito and added a classic stacker and another “value menu” option, the chicken enchilada burrito(not there greatest idea, but still with it at only $2.59. So, with my 2 value menu selections, and my “free burrito”, my dinner was only $5.11. Then, with the 2 month supply of sauce packets, sweet and low packets, and plastic cutlery that I grabbed on my way out, Taco Bell was clutch last night!?

Hello today I’m making this review because I’m tired of this place always getting my order wrong on ubereats and in person I just purchased a DOUBLE BEEF BURRITO and it has no beef in it!!!!!!how do you make a DOUBLE BEEF BURRITO WITH NO BEEF!!!!! Always happens in this place and I’m not going to go waste my gas to wait another 10min again for the same burrito to be made this happens with every single order and it’s always the night shift!!! Fire your preparation person because they do not do there job right and they are slow!!!

so my boyfriend & i go to a theater right infront of this taco bell to watch movies & right after the movie we always stop by this taco bell to get something to eat & everytime we do, they always mess up our orders. they either don’t give us everything we ordered, they put ice in our drink even though we said not to & just not doing their job right. for example, last night we went to this location to get a burrito after the movie & we told the lady taking our order that we don’t want ice in our drink. we got up to the window & the drink had ice in it & so my boyfriend told the lady that we asked for no ice, as soon as my boyfriend made that comment, all the girls working in the background started talking shit about us for simply commenting on their mistake, as if it’s our fault that they don’t listen & they don’t know how to do their job at a fast food restaurant. like it’s unacceptable and not okay at all. i can tell you that this location lost two customers.

The lady who i believe is a manager is very dismissive waved at the cashier to not help. and the guy at the drive thru gershaun P. Really rude and had a lazy attitude when I went to say they made the food wrong I asked 3 times for the receipt too and its like they dont care. At this place anyways it doesnt pay to be nice. Its like the nicer you ask. And the more please and thank yous you say to them. The nastier and smug they become. Literally only came here after working all day and haven’t eaten anything except a coffee and then im excited to treat myself and they do this. Like honestly how trashy yall gotta be? Trashy isn’t even a strong enough word. Go back to school or play restaurant city to learn how to get a order right.

It just kind of really sucks that they’re supposed to open till 4 AM and I have to work at 5 AM and it’s one of the most exciting things in my life lol which that already sounds pretty desperate, but I try to order food through the app. it told me no I pull up to the window. I have people waving their hand at their neck basically telling me oh we’re closed but yet the hours on Google and on the front door, say that they’re open I don’t know what the problem is. Maybe they were slow and I’m gonna give them the benefit of the doubt, but I would’ve really love to have gotten my food and just gone it would’ve taken all of 10 minutes. I don’t know what went down tonight or what made them want to close 30 minutes early, but I hope everything is OK. I am not trying to beep the Nancy or Karen, but I really love to have gotten my food and maybe they just were too tired and didn’t wanna deal with customers and that is all right

The women who made my food never changed their gloves and kept touching their hair. I asked the manager to address it and the staff just stared at me like I was the one in the wrong. They then started talking crap about me in Spanish as if I would not understand what they said about me. I waited around 30 minutes for two luxe boxes
