This Taco Bell sucks, avoid it at all cost. They are SLOOOOOW. They don’t care about effort or their jobs. This is one the places that gives the Franchise a bad name. The food is Taco Bell so not big expectations. The place seemed clean, so they get 3 stars. Food was okay, I can’t give them more than 3 stars. The service gets a minus -1.

The staff at this Taco Bell location always seem to have an attitude and the food quality is just okay. It’s not nearly as good as other Taco Bell locations I’ve been to, and it definitely feels like a location issue. Prices are also a little higher than usual, so honestly, save a few dollars and go to a different location.

I couldn’t make it up, if I tried! & if I didn’t have the proof I don’t think no one would believe me…. Ask for diablo sauce, got mild & ordered a soft taco, got hard. And if I didn’t check the bag I wouldn’t have any sauce, didn’t put anything! Seem as someone cant follow their own directions. Make sure you check your order before you leave

I went to this taco bell today and they were very helpful. Artist help me a lot my daughter was very confused but he helped break it down and helped my daughter picked her meal! A great and clean place!

I ordered from here with Uber Eats. Delivery was on time however the rolled chicken tacos, nachos and chalupa feel like they were reheated. The meat in the chalupa and rolled tacos was dry and the tortilla was stale yet crispy, for both. I’d expect the main items from the promotion to be edible but it’s toasted cardboard. Worked out great for the nachos! Cinnabon iced coffee and beefy 5 layer didn’t disappoint so I give you that.
I completely forgot not to order from here again and look at this. I don’t even have to say what’s wrong with it.

The set of ladies that work at miramar pkwy location, has no customer service skills, in a service industry. very rude chatting before they take the order had to be saying hello then mess up my order after I said I do not want it, they are going to tell me if I should order something else I will need to buy it.

I’m not one to write a bad review even if it is warranted but this deserves attention! Long story short o went through the drive thru ordered a crispy chicken burrito got home and it was hard/burnt. Went back and was met with an attitude as if I did something wrong. The girl took the food closed the window brought back another one, which was not what I ordered, then handed it to me and closed the window. No apology didn’t ask what I had or anything. It’s not like I wanted something free I just wanted what I paid for!

The first problem is that this taco bell is more expensive then the other ones. Found out because it’s a franchise. 7 dollar box is 10.99 and the soda is smaller then when I but the same meal at another taco bell. I can tell this issue happens alot because when I asked for the meal and questioned the difference in price, the cashier said ” it’s a franchise and that’s how it is”. So I know they get slack for this. I understand raising prices to be profitable but a two dollar difference? It adds up.

My food took forever to be made the person at the window helped me as best as possible i was trying to listen to the person on the microphone but the background was really loud full of women chattering to where i could not hear that person very unprofessional do better.

I always go here for bean burritos with black beans. They always do it right and its full of protein. I highly recommend visiting this spot.
