During this dark era, because of greed and carelessness for humanity, everything is going to get worse. I do not expect workers that are getting paid next to nothing to be enthusiastic at work. We will not receive any type of quality service if we don’t hold upper management and the executives who run these businesses accountable for their negligence just to become millions of dollars richer. I know that the things happening at all of these minimum wage jobs are happening because of us. We just take it like the little slaves we are. It’s seriously time to rise up against all of this inequality so things don’t have to be the way they’re headed. Quality of life is trending downwards! I came here to write a review about my experience of yet another terrible fast-food experience with lower quality and smaller portion sizes of their food, but I read all of these comments that appear to be exactly the same at every restaurant across the board. There’s a bigger problem, here. And it’s time to eat the rich since they’re only eating us. EAT THE RICH! FIGHT BACK AGAINST ALL THE RICH AND TAKE OUR FINCANCES AND RESPECT BACK TO OUR FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES. TAKE CARE OF YOUR WORKERS AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU! Justice for the poor has never really existed and now it shows more than ever. We are watching it in every video across the world. The rich are behind all of these terrible things and they find ways to make us hate each other so we don’t focus on them, BUT IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN THEM! It’s time, guys! THE RICH LOOKS SO TASTY!

The service was terrible, I did not even get to order.
I arrived 2pm trying to order. One female answered me through the drive thru speaker and another joined her in a very rude. She exclaimed that I am ruining her timer and I need to go around. I explained that I am about to make a large order and asked for an another moment.
The other female (manager I’m assuming) was quick to react exclaiming that I am again messing up her timer. Rushing me to finish and I eventually left. It is the day after Christmas and it’s ridiculous for people to be so rude and speak to customers that way is worse. I only came here because my nieces and nephews wanted this food…. I didn’t get any names because I was in drive thru but I just wish they weren’t so rude.
Do better with management, speech and overall customer service.

It seems to me that there is a serious problem of internal communication in this branch. Of 100% of the orders, 100% have errors or missing. I can’t trust the Drive Thru, I should always check if I have the correct order. IS enough, today was the last time I went through this store.
The manager should review what is happening in this store. It is not a coincidence that so many negative reviews.

On Saturday January 31 2026 around 12:15am I picked up an order in the drive thru and the black woman with a gap in her teeth at the window rudely disrespected me for no reason. She started talking about timer at the window and wanted me to immediately drive off after she handed me the order and all I needed was 3 seconds to confirm the delivery pick up on my phone app. She was so obnoxious and kept saying to just drive away from the window before confirming the order pick up. You would actually think she would make sure that I confirmed the order picked up but all she cared about was the window timer. Such a rude unprofessional person. Terrible employee!

The customer service at this location is really bad. Tonight, during the night shift, I stopped by just to use the restroom and the employee spoke to me in a very rude way and told me I couldn’t use the bathroom, without giving any clear explanation or offering any alternative.
Regardless of whatever internal policies they may have, the lack of respect and the way they talk to customers make people not want to come back to places like this.
In the end, I had to leave and go to another Taco Bell where they treated me better and at least gave me the chance to use the restroom.

I am very disappointed. No one helps or greats you. I ordered on the screen and asked for extra meat that I paid for. I did not get my extra meat. I was literally searching for the meat inside my crunch wrap supreme. I had less that the normal quantity . I asked the lady and she said rudely that my extra is in it without even looking at invoice or looking at my crunch wrap. I used to go often but won’t go anymore since service and quality(quantities) are getting bad

The worst service, the people who work there are very rude. My boyfriend and I were visiting Miami and stopped at the drive-thru to order. The woman yelled at us and slammed the door in our faces just because no one was talking and we went to the window to see if anyone was there. They don’t treat people well; she was very rude.
