I ordered a crispy cantina chicken taco with grilled chicken. The ticket says with grilled chicken. They did not use grilled chicken.
I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch with chicken no beef. The receipt even says no beef. They added beef instead of chicken.
I called them for a refund. They would not provide one.
This has happened multiple times.

As someone who used to like Taco Bell and been to many Taco Bell’s, this is one of the worst. Every time anybody goes to this Taco Bell they get sick, diarrhea, upset stomach. The tortillas are cold and stale. Everything‘s extra greasy. I don’t think there’s any real management. I don’t think the franchise owner cares it’s literally an embarrassment to Taco Bell. I know this is a starting job for a lot of people, but a bunch of hung over millennials can’t Be left alone.

Potential customers not even able to order in the drive thru. Sucks that I and others wasted lunch break time getting here for there to be zero reason why it’s open, but not open.

Super easy spot to hit when you want something quick and cheap. Drive-thru moves pretty fast, food comes out hot, and the staff keeps things running smoothly. The location stays clean inside and it’s convenient to pull in even during busier hours. Good for late-night cravings or grabbing something on the go without any hassle.

Terrible experience I love Taco Bell. Looks like a full staff is on shift , Not many customers but yet all the employees except a couple are in a little doorway taking turns in and out and we had an issue with our order. Ordering for six could be challenging but we did it. I have worked in food service before at a taco place. You purchased a meal, it’s baged btogether as that individual meal thing with nine items be together with another night items. It could have been a simple solution, but the customer service at this particular Taco Bell was very poor. The store needs leadership. Good luck

This place is just going downhill completely down…. terrible in so many ways. Food, from portions to the way it looks. Gross. They are lazy so anything good on the menu half the time you can’t get. Then to add to their laziness, they do goofy stuff like close the lobby knowing most everyone walks uo to this place bc it on the beach. But then won’t serve anyone on foot or bike at that drive thru. So even of you want one lil taco you probably won’t get it. Go to the real Mexican food joints. You probably only pay a few dollars more for 2 or 3 X the meal portion of taco bell. And it’s real.

UPDATE: Recently renovated! Much better now. However, newer staff are hit or miss. Also, you never know if your mobile order is going to be done 10 minutes before you get there or 20 minutes after you arrive…

Went here for a quick bite to eat with my family. Usually TacoBell is a quick place, considering they call it fast food. We waited over 30 minutes for food. We made an online order and it was hard to cancel the order. Saw more than four people get their food before us even they ordered way after us. The servers basically ignored us and when we got our food it was trash. We ordered three Mexican pizzas and a steak burrito. The pizzas tasted sour and old, the burrito barely had anything. Other guests had concerns about their orders. Wont be going to this location again.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. After placing my order online, I went inside to wait a bit not knowing the staff would have me wait half an hour. Got the food went home checked the items. To my disbelief the food was thrown in sloppy made some items had missing ingredients. The nastiest & slowest fast food experience. $25 dollars and over a half-hour later did not retain me as a customer.
