I won’t be eating here anymore. My son and I got lunch yesterday. Our boxes were completely mixed up. The food wasn’t great at all (I don’t expect much from this store). With that being said, both of us ended up extremely sick before the night was over and into today. My stomach immediately hurt after eating but when I started to feel sick I knew something was wrong. I’ve been throwing up since last night and my son has been stuck in the bathroom since about 1am this morning. We really need this store to do better. This isn’t the first time this has happened but this is the sickest I’ve been from Taco Bell. The service is a hit or miss. The atmosphere is ok. Sometimes I go in it’s nothing but cussing and jokes and other times it’s nice and they’re polite. The younger crew is awful.

I usually don’t make complaints and I am a regular, but today I was going through the drive thru around like 1:20am on february 1st and I noticed that there were about like 2 employees outside, most probably on the clock, because I got there and they rushed inside, one of them stayed in the car that was park in the corner of the store the guy that stayed was tall, Hispanic looking and with curly hair I pull up to the drive thru and I couldn’t stand the smelled of weed the whole parking lot smelled like straight up weed so Taco Bell it’s just hiring anybody now ?? It looks ghetto I usually come to this location early in the afternoon and I never had this problem before ! My food was atleast correct I ordered 3 double beef burritos

I was told that i cant order at the cash register like it should be i was told i have to use the kiosk and that makes me uncomfortable. I told them that and they didnt care they said i have to order from there and when i ask why they couldnt give me an answer. There not that busy so i dont understand why someone couldnt come and help me and embarrassing as well like i dont under Why it has to be awkward everytime i order this was a 2:00 on sunday it unprofessional

Quality and freshness of the food was great. I waited only a few minutes for my order, and the staff working were very polite and helpful. Have had a few issues with Drive-thru orders in the past, but as of recently I haven’t had any issues.

This Taco Bell is horrible and I will never go there again. Went through the drive thru to order and I wanted a chicken quesadilla and was told they had no chicken because it wasn’t taken out so I ordered a crunch wrap and asked for no tomatoes and extra meat and they put tomatoes and no meat, the taco shell for the hard taco was stale, I then ordered a Mexican pizza and asked for no beans add extra meat and cheese, there was no meat and the cheese was not even melted and it had way to much sauce on it and the soft shell tacos were cold. The employees were standing around and leaning on the counter. This location is horrible don’t even bother going to it. This is the 2 time I had an issue and I will never go back and when you call they don’t answer the phone.

All these bad reviews, so I was expecting less than spectacular product and service. I couldn’t be more wrong. They did an excellent job tonight. All the products were made fresh and correctly. The service at the window was nice and fast. The best TB visit I’ve had in a while. Great job to the late night team tonight. Keep it up. Thanks for doing such a great job on our late night meal.
Update, March 4th midnight: Terrible visit. The food was very skimpy. Cantina Taco fell apart when I opened it. Just the part of the shell with cheese on it held together. The chicken was completely dry. Not the typical juicy cantina chicken. I took pictures. That’s supposed to be chicken. Garbage is where it went. Both Chalupa were cold and hard. Not soft and warm as usual. The crunchy Taco was good.

Today, I visited Taco Bell to order plate salad including chicken. I like the varieties of the ingredients and chicken pieces came so hot cook. Thank you, I like the salad.

10/10 I came back. I should have listened to myself. Placed an online order. When I got to the drive thru, they told me they were out of chicken so I had to edit my order. The lady in the speaker was really nice. When I got to the window the guy handed me my Pepsi. I tasted it and realized the syrup was out so I asked for a baja blast instead. When the guy handed it to me I told him he should change the syrup and he just looked at me like I asked him the squareroot of something. He handed me my order and I left. When I got home all my food was cold. The burritos I ordered were stuck to the wrapper. I had the worst time eating them. Pictures included. I’m not going back. For real this time.

Late night service sucks. Every time I go after midnight they always say their system is going to be down for 15 minutes. Tonight (3/17) I placed an online order. When I got to the window they said they hadn’t received the order and to wait 5 minutes. I did and went back through. Same thing. When I drove by the front 3 workers were in the counter on their phones. Never going back.

Not sure what happened in the last few months, but quality has tanked. Seems like all the employees can’t be bothered to care even 10% or at least fake like they care. They gossip amongst themselves, do as little as possible, mess up making your order and then forget to give you sauce as they chuck the bag at you. Unfortunately Avalon has limited fast food choices without driving to Waterford, but if this is the quality they’re giving, then it’s time to stop going here.
