This is unavailable!!! I order the new “limited edition” steak cheesy dipping burritos because it looked so good in the advertisement and on tiktok. But this is what I got for $6. I order via drive thru and when I got home this is what I got. This is ridiculous!!! I doesn’t look nothing like the picture. Dont bother ordering this!!!

Always super slow. Like order and wait 14 minutes. Then there is a delay for them to fix a mistake and forgotten item. On today’s visit they forgot a sause cup and made a veggie item with meat. I could see them make it and put a scoop of meat on it and then read the ticket to then wipe the meat off and start again. I should add that this is not the first time they have messed up on my visits so I should have been better prepared for issues. I think I will just drive down the road to another taco bell instead. I recommend the same for everyone else.

It was a chore waiting on me in the drive thru. Had to pull up for two chulupas and a Mt Dew, took forever. Food was fresh but upside down in the bottom of the bag. 100% on the This Place Sucks Index. Over-priced for the small portions.

Incredible service from one of the employees. The man who was preparing the food non-stop (It was really busy.) brought our food out to us in the dining room, and was overly kind and gracious. I did not get his name, but he walked with a limp.

I can’t believe this happened to me!!! My first time there the chicken was burnt and hard to eat I had to go back. This second time I said let try them one more time and this is what I get for going back to this nasty establishment. They won’t be get any of my money any more these workers are nasty and needs to be fired. They don’t care at all. I don’t know what I was chewing but it is not food. PLEASE SAVE THE TIME AND ENERGY GOING HERE CAUSE ITS NOT WORTH AN PENNY!!

“JAY”-This rating is 100% based on the customer service that a new employee has given consecutively during my last 3 visits.. I don’t wanna be negative or bad mouth anyone but let’s just say there’s been MULTIPLE times in the PAST that I had horrible experiences with FORMER employees being unprofessional and unnecessarily rude to my girlfriend and I. (For no reason..we don’t ask for anything extra or look for fights.) It’s Taco Bell.. I get it.. I don’t go expecting anything crazy or special treatment. With that being said, I have been genuinely impressed how one person (Jay) can make such a noticeable difference and impact. (No i’m not a friend/family member, nor did he ask me to do this.) He’s genuinely a great employee that stands out and deserves all this praise. What a difference from before. He alone has redeemed my faith from this location. GREAT employee don’t lose this guy. Wouldn’t be surprised if he isn’t already in management but if not…. Respectful, Humble, Professional, and Polite. Thanks for maintaining all these traits in today’s world and times.

We stopped at this Taco Bell for a quick bite. We ordered two Burrito Supremes and two Chicken Chipotle Melts. They brought our order to our table. I noticed immediately that something was wrong. Chicken Chipotle Melts are quite small and all four items were large. I went back up to the counter and they cheerfully made me what I ordered and told me to keep the rest. Great customer service.

Absolutely terrible service! Order taker was not friendly, my entire order was messed up. The potatoes were rock hard, multiple items missing from my order, random food was in my bag that I cannot eat. Don’t go here.
