This location at the Florida Mall had great customer service! The staff was very friendly and upbeat! I ordered my usual nacho Bell grande. I always order it with no beans, no tomatoes and extra nacho cheese. Sometimes my nachos look pretty sorry, but not at this location!! I still had a lot of toppings!

No worker ever showed up to take my order. After waiting about 5 minutes to place an order, no one ever showed so I went and got something different. As I ate in the food court I watched the Taco Bell and at no point in the 30ish minutes I was there did anyone ever come out to take any orders, despite the fact that several times people had lined up to place orders.

I just arrived at 6:20pm on 1/19/24, and I knew that Taco Bell here closes early for whatever reason. I headed straight for Taco Bell because my 5 year old daughter loves soft tacos. I saw people at the counter so we went to the counter to order and the older man told me they were closed. I asked them what time they closed out of curiosity because they always close earlier than all other food booths in the dining pavilion and he told me they closed at 7. I told him it wasn’t 7 yet and he got a nasty attitude and started doing whatever on the register to close up. Why even bother having a taco bell at the mall if they’re not going to be open for dinner time especially on a Friday night?
I have gotten good here before and while I don’t expect wonders from Taco Bell, it was pretty subpar for a taco bell. If it weren’t for my daughter I wouldn’t care if they stayed here or not. I would just appreciate if they would actually serve customers within the time frame that they are supposed to.

Dear Taco Bell Management Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding a recent visit to your Taco Bell location at Florida Mall. As a loyal customer, I have always appreciated the convenience and quality of your food. However, my most recent experience on (9/15/2023, 4:40pm 5:00) I left me extremely dissatisfied.
Upon arriving at the Florida Mall Taco Bell location, I was shocked to find that there was no one attending to customers at the front counter for more than 15 minutes. I patiently waited, hoping that someone would show up to take my order. During this time, I tried calling the restaurant multiple times to inquire about the delay but received no response. I also captured photos and video footage of the empty front counter area to document the situation.
Despite my attempts to get the attention of the staff, no one appeared, and there was not even a note or any form of communication to explain the situation or apologize for the inconvenience. As a result, I had no choice but to leave without placing my order and return to my workplace empty-handed, which not only disrupted my break but also inconvenienced my coworkers.
I must express my disappointment with the level of service I encountered during this visit. Such a lack of responsiveness and communication is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on the reputation of Taco Bell. I believe that customer service should be a top priority, and this experience fell far short of my expectations.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not recur at your Florida Mall location. It is essential for Taco Bell to uphold its commitment to customer satisfaction and provide a welcoming and efficient environment for all patrons.

The speaker kept going on and off, and there were 2 different people taken our order. It came out incorrectly finally after getting it and spending $40 and it didn’t have the complete orders so I had to get back in line and then the manager informed me that she took the order when I informed her that no 2 people took the order. Her and another person, and evidently a mistake has been made. And not a big deal, however, it was going to be a food loss cost involved. And she was the manager and she was the big crumb puff of the day, I told her I didn’t care she if she was God. Just fix order. She then began screaming to give back the other 6 for replacement due to food replacement….
What an unprofessional piece of NOTHING…

Tried to order, server walked out talking on the phone, poured himself a drink (all whilst ignoring us) and then went out to the back. Finally came out minutes later rudely asked what we wanted, asked about a few items, which seemed to be too much of a task and he truly couldn’t be bothered to serve us.
Just wanted a burrito or two but didn’t want to put up with terrible customer service.

It’s a food court restaurant so atmosphere ratings are quite pointless. My food was delicious as always. I got my food not even 30 seconds after I finished ordering, and it was all correct. Great experience

15 mins wait for just 3 tacos. We were skipped by the unresponsive staff, and it’s until we ask they take out our order that has been ready all this time. And not even a sorry they simply drop it and left.
