Showed up here with my husband and went inside to eat. I ordered the five layer beefy burrito with no beans and extra meat. When I got my burrito it was more like a tortilla shell filled with soup. It was too runny to even eat. I went to go get ice and my drink and the ice machine was down so I had to ask the woman at the front if I could get some ice from the back and she literally put like five ice cubes in my cup, and handed it back to me with a terrible look on her face like I just killed her dog or something. Everyone looked miserable and the atmosphere sucked. Won’t be back here.

Can’t get simple orders right. Can’t match names to Uber Eats orders. Food quality is horrible. Had all experiences with dine in, take out, and delivery and let me say… they did not deliver on anything. Rude people at the drive through as well. Put a del taco there please

They want you to use their self purchasing machines. They are a mess. No search function, so it is next to impossible to find what you want, especially if you are not a regular.
Waiting to order at the counter takes an eternity. They keep servicing their drive through, and kind of ignore you. Once you have successfully placed your order, and it arrives, make sure to check it carefully. It will be wrong 98% of the time. Mine was, but it was too late as I was home already.

Went to the drive thru tonight and it was horrible. I only wanted an order of JUST 1 soft taco meal. When I went to the window. They only charged me for 2 medium Baja blast. When they told me to go back around to do the order again. Get to the window they charge me for 2 orders of supreme soft tacos when I clearly only wanted 1 order of soft regular horrible horrible horrible service

I had an extremely positive review on here for this location but I could not in good conscience leave it up. They used to be fast and accurate and they were one of the only taco bells that actually labeled everything.
This location seems to have gone downhill fast. They are still fast and accurate, but they have not labeled our last few orders or used the correct wrappers so you have to open every burrito or guess and hope for the best.
It’s hard to tell based on the picture, but the cheese sauce for the nachos was barely 1/3 full. When you factor in the extent to which they have jacked up their prices and the amount of cheese sauce that was in the container I think the same amount in actual gold would have been cheaper.
It seems like almost every item had less actual food in it than they used to serve.
This is just my opinion, but I remember years ago when I worked in fast food you would occasionally get a manager that thinks they can get themselves promoted by increasing profits at the expense of quality. Guess what? You won’t have any profit at all when this location shuts down because you robbed your customers. I literally feel like I just got robbed, and we won’t be back to this location until something changes.

Ordered the Cheesy Bean & Rice Burrito, Bean Burrito, and a Doritos Locos Taco — everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly how I asked. The burritos were filled well and not skimpy on the cheese or beans. The Doritos Locos Taco had a perfect crunch and classic flavor. Great quick stop when you’re craving something fast and satisfying.
