Incredible service. My wife and I used the drive through and thought we’d been shorted a taco. On going inside and requesting another one, the manager checked and found that somehow, there wasn’t anything missing at all. Despite it clearly being out own fault, the manager(?) allowed us to keep the extra taco they had made to ‘replace’ the missing one AND gave us a coupon for a free taco before wishing us a happy Valentine’s Day. We’re both incredibly embarrassed, but also impressed by the quality of service! Thanks again!

We visited this establishment and placed our order at 10:31 PM. About eight minutes after receiving our receipt, a few other individuals arrived and ordered. All of them received their food before us. We assumed this may have been due to the staff prioritizing smaller orders over our larger one, which we can understand to a point.
However, we ended up waiting 36 minutes before receiving our food and drinks. Even once our order arrived, part of it was made incorrectly. Since we had already waited so long, we chose to eat it rather than wait any longer for a correction.
Overall, the delay and incorrect preparation made our experience unpleasant, and when we asked about the status of our order, the staff was not apologetic or accommodating.

They got my order wrong and the amount of chicken they put in the new cheesy street chalupa is egregiously low. Honestly a crime against humanity. I will say though that the workers were fairly nice and replaced my incorrect item quickly.

So I paid $10 for just a steak grilled cheese burrito while on the go (even though the app marks it cheaper for a combo), but then they gave me this? Looks nothing like it’s supposed to as they didn’t even melt the cheese, which left a disaster in my car that i wasn’t expecting, and they barely filled it with two strips of steak on each end of the burrito. Severely disappointed.

This place is the worst Taco Bell that I ever been. The people are extremely rude and they have this very nasty attitude towards you. I needed a minute for my daughter to figure out what she wants at the menu and the person behind the mic kept insisting over and over again if I needed help, he was extremely rude.Did not give me time to calmly look. And no one was behind us btw. Extremely rude. And since when 1 meal and a taco cost $22 at taco bell!!
