i’ve ordered from this location several times and every time I have ordered, I’ve always requested No tomatoes and no sour cream they have always put tomatoes and sour cream on the orders. I returned back to the store to have them corrected. The manager did not bother hearing me out or anything. She just made another crunch wrap Supreme wrong did not put any of the Fixings on it that I had ordered from the previous time, just made another one without the tomatoes and sour cream on it The whole time I was there all the other employees were looking at me, judging me and the manager was just sizing me up and did not care for anything. She threw the bag on the counter and said here you go have a good one In a sarcastic tone, the management working This night is a complete joke. Need to be retrained properly along with the staff that cannot seem to read The orders properly and how they should be made.

We have ordered Uber Eats from this location multiple times and this marks the 4th time in a row this location has not given our Uber driver our drinks for our order. Mistakes happen but we are done ordering or eating from this location as 4 times in a row is very very poor service… like intentional.

Double and triple check your order before you leave the store or go through the drive thru. It seems it’s challenging for the employees to check the order for accuracy. I e seen it happen to gig workers for door dash or Uber Eats. A lot of orders missing items. Reading and counting items is basic fundamentals.

Went through the drive through. It’s Taco Bell… food was what you would expect. The prices are getting pretty expensive. $25 for 2 Mexican pizza meals. What is worth mentioning is their employee that takes your order… he is LOVELY!!!! Very fun, upbeat, and makes the drive through experience so much better than anywhere else. Way to go Taco Bell! Your employee for the win.

Sorry to report that this Taco Bell didn’t get a good grade. The counter service was terrible, the clerk was not well trained, after taking the food orders, myself and other customers just stood around waiting while the staff continue to serve the drive through customers. The manager came out from the back area, looked around, grabbed a soda and her cell phone and look a seat in the dining area and had a chat on her phone. After a while she went outside to talk and grab a smoke. Oh well, meanwhile I waited 30 minutes for my food. I complained to the clerk and he looked lost, on the way out I passed the manager and mentioned about the 30 wait and that she should be inside supervising her crew, she laughed at me and kept talking on the phone.

Absolutely unacceptable experience.
Went to the Taco Bell on US-441 in Florida just before 1:00 AM. The store was supposed to be open until 2:00 AM, yet all the lights were off, the menu screen was off, and it honestly looked closed. There was someone sitting at the drive-thru window, so we took a chance and pulled up. Someone mumbled something through the speaker, so we placed our order.
We ordered a 12-pack of Supreme hard tacos.
First mistake: they gave us ALL soft tacos.
So we went back around and explained we wanted hard tacos.
Second mistake: because I said the word “regular,” they gave us all regular hard tacos — NOT Supreme.
So we went back around AGAIN, and that’s when the employee told us they had already used “the last of their ingredients” and couldn’t fix the order at all.
So let me get this straight:
Lights off like you’re closed
Order taken anyway
Wrong order twice
Then told you can’t correct it because they ran out of ingredients
That is not how a business should operate, especially late night when people rely on drive-thru service. No apology, no accountability, just excuses.
This was a waste of time, gas, and money. Management seriously needs to address training, communication, and basic customer service at this location. I will not be returning.

Horrible! I’ve been eating Taco Bell for 55 years & never had an experience like this! We live 5 mins from the store so it wasn’t cuz I went so far. The “crispy” taco was ordered with no jalapeño sauce I paid extra to get it on the side & trust me it was on that crispy taco! Chalupas were so soggy like the crispy taco that you couldn’t even eat them, ordered extra beef & if that’s extra then there must not be any on their regular ones. Keep your money & don’t eat here. I talked to 2 people one said she was acmanager but told me to call the general manager next morning which I did & she told me to call back after 2 she would talk to her supervisor, well guess what, she took the phone off the hook so that’s why I’m warning everybody to stay away from this one. Go to Umatilla they are much better!! Buyer. Beware!!!
