I come here literally all of the time past midnight. I guess there must’ve been some new person or something, but my experience the other night was horrible. They were loykey rude, took FOREVER to get my food even though I was the ONLY person in line (there was no one parked in the front lot either!!). Cut my quesadillas wrong (really?? that’s like basic knowledge), had no bags, so gave me a “luxe box” packaging box, also, the quesadilla was the greasiest item that I have EVER gotten from here. Train your night staff better, and maybe give them a Red Bull or something so they can pay attention to the food that they’re serving, and to keep them from being rude when I have a simple question such as :”wait why is this in a box?”. I don’t even know how someone can be rude when responding to that question but they were.

My wife and I have been going here about once a month for the last couple of years and thought we finally found a Taco Bell that did it right from service to food quality and cleanliness, but today 2/10/26 at 2:16 pm, it was nothing like that. Coldness in the burritos, lack of flavor, dirty tables. We think because we looked upset about the long wait for somebody to take our order at the counter they gave us the bad attitude and bad food no doubt. Seems like new personel and management. I’m feeling sick as I write this! Stay away from this Taco Hell.

I love Taco Bell, probably more than I should. A big problem with this location is how slowly the drive through line moves. Some days are better than others, but it never moves quickly. The food is standard Taco Bell fare— no better, no worse. One good thing is that I’ve never had my order messed up here. It’s always been 100% spot on.

I was ordering food here for my lunch break last week, and I had to order at the digital kiosks due to insistance of the employees. And after almost 20 minutes I finally received my food, however I had to literally say multiple times that I infact DID want my drink. The female employee that talked to me was extremely rude and kept pestering me to get a different replacement drink despite paying almost 8 dollars for the one I ordered. And when she finally started making me my drink she was openly complaining and cussing, even to my face about how inconvenient it was to make, underfilling my cup, and slamming the drink down on the counter, still cursing!! My food was cold by the time I left, and I was absolutely starving and disappointed. I am NEVER ordering from this location ever again!

I have to say……. I haven’t been to this Taco Bell in a long time!! I only ordered a double decker taco and it was by far the best I have had from any Taco Bell in over a year!!!! It looked just the what you see in the commercials and it tasted even better!!! Great job!!! Management and the staff!!! Please keep it up.

This place sent me to the hospital. Something with the chips blistered the entire inside of my mouth immediately. Then in the cheese there was something black that turned out to be some kind of black yarn or something! Health department is investigating and they are paying the hospital bill! The crazy thing is they didn’t care. The young manager refused to get me help or talk to me when I seriously needed to know what they did to know what I was reacting to. Very cold and didn’t care so they know they did something bad. You can see in the pictures I posted. DO NOT EAT HERE THEY WILL KILL YOU!

Went to get dinner with me and a few friends. My order was ok, I only ordered a crunch taco and a chicken quesadilla. Staff were extremely rude when calling my order though. Fast forward to later, my friends’ order had a burnt burrito, an undercooked burrito, and the kitchen completely forgot their Cinnabons. They also forgot to provide drinks, and when they asked, staff were once again very rude.
