It took 45 minutes to get 3 cheese roll-ups — just cheese on a tortilla — and somehow it still took that long. I asked a few times if they knew what the holdup was, and each time I was told my order was next. Even after they said that, it still took another 30 minutes before I finally got my food.
Meanwhile, I saw multiple people come in after me, order at the kiosk, and get their food before I did. The staff mostly ignored the line building at the front counter, and when they finally did talk to people, they were rude and acted annoyed that anyone would even ask why it was taking so long. Constant arguing and complaining from the staff made it very uncomfortable waiting there.
The worst part is this isn’t a one-time issue. This location has been like this for about the past year. Honestly, you’re better off just going to a different location — it will be much faster.
I know no one is really coming to check out reviews for Taco Bell but hopefully with enough of these complaints from people the owners or management starts making some changes.

I usually dont leave bad reviews (I promise, you can check my other reviews) but this location is not a fast food location. Wait times are consistently 20-30 minutes when ordering online, and sometimes in person as well. Even though this is the closest location near me, im going to take the extra time from now on to go to another location. My last 2 orders have also been wrong. I cant imagine the poor uber eats and door dash workers who get stuck delivering from here 🙁 management needs to do better

I try to avoid writing negative reviews, but alas. I went in and ordered 6 items at 3:55pm today. The dining area was virtually empty and there were 3 cars total in the parking lot. During the 20 minutes I waited for my food, I observed that there were maybe 2 people in the kitchen, 2 in drive through, and maybe a manager? I also witnessed an employee scratch at his head, fix his hair net, and return right back to preparing our food without a glove change. I worked in fast food for 6 years, and that is not okay in the slightest. (I personally would have said something and had things remade, but with the fact we were already there for 15 minutes at this point and didn’t want to have to inevitably wait another hour, I decided against.) I know that service can be slow, but with no orders on screen and no customers in your building, it still shouldn’t have taken 20 minutes to complete an order. (Even the last time we came here through the drive through several months back, we waited nearly 40 minutes in line.)
Order-wise, we had a few little issues: we were missing all of our sauces we ordered, as well as napkins and utensils, the Doritos taco ordered was also significantly soggy and fell apart upon first bite, and the Crunchwrap ordered was probably the flattest, emptiest thing I’ve ever had from any location ever.
Overall, I’m a bit disappointed, as I hoped that our return wouldn’t have as many issues (actually, more) than the last time. I had a bit too much faith, I’m afraid.

10/07/2025 8pm . Just go ahead and read the other reviews I don’t have to say much. How this place is still in business is beyond me, ordered on the app 15 minutes before arriving because I know they take 30 minutes I’ve given this place multiple chances. I arrived and still waited a total of an hour for my food. There’s one guy on the prep line while the manager is in the office doing lord knows what everyone else is moving at a snails pace one employee even came to the front to restock with her phone in her hand like is anyone going to work ? There’s was 10 waiting for food in the lobby and the drive through wrapped around. I’ll be talking to corporate.

The manager working on Monday, February 23rd 2026, about 8:30 pm, was very professional and amazing after our food had been stolen. It was a black lady with very nice turquoise nails. I believe her name was Christina M.

Usually have a wonderful experience at this place Where I eat lunch four times a week. New people there today assured me that my Cantina chicken burrito did not come with Cantina sauce package, and it had been added on to the burrito in the kitchen. When I drove away and ate the burrito that they gave me it had fried chicken in it. Not what I ordered not what they assured me they gave me. Hoping the regulars will be back tomorrow.”(Also, no one answers the phone!)

If you read all of the other reviews, it should all be fairly clear what this place is like. I don’t understand how EVERY time I come here that I need to wait 20-40 minutes for my meal.

Employees don’t seem to walk/work with purpose. They’ll purposely avoid eye contact if you’ve been waiting a long time too. How the franchiser hasn’t cracked down on this place is beyond me. If you can eat literally anywhere else – do yourself a favor and just do that!

Food is good and comes out hot! Only think is I ordered 20 minutes before my husband even arrived to pick it up… he’s been in line for 30 minutes so it’s been almost an hour. Like how do you not realize a change needs to be made when your line is wrapped around the building. I don’t blame the staff… just the lack of utter compatance from management because how do you let it get this bad???
