The worst Taco bell I’ve been to! There’s no indoor seating, they cook your food behind a wall, so you can’t see if the place is clean or what they are doing to your food, it took over 20 minutes to get our food and it was disappointing! The chalupa was old, the tomatoes were old, the lettuce was brown and the chicken was salty. We sat outside in a 93 degree day, because there’s no indoor seating and when I went inside and asked for a refill, I was told that they don’t do refill. I looked at the kiosk, the menu board, the interior walls, the entry door and behind the counter and they didn’t have a single sign up. I told to the employee and I had known that, I’d have paid the extra 40 cents for a large drink. A tall blond guy came from the back(where they prepare the food) and told that they didn’t do refills. I didn’t even say anything about the quality of their food to them, as they were willing to have an argument about a small soda, after I spent $20. I don’t recommend this location! If you want a welcoming, friendly and good food, just visit the Taco Bell on 17-92 in Casselberry or the one on Tuskawilla rd.

Rose was wonderful! She’d be an asset at any job. I hope this one treats her well. Minus one star because Taco Bell as a whole has gone downhill with their quality and portion sizes (while going up in price), but that’s not this location’s fault.

They have gotten my order wrong EVERYTIME. I’m not asking for anything complicated. I just want No lettuce!!!! What do they give me, my taco loaded with lettuce and a few slivers of cheese on top or not any at all. They don’t ever have the ingredients to make the special drink that is advertised all over the menu and the store. Oh, you can’t cut the Mexican pizza for me? Ok well, can you at least put a fork in my bag? The taste of the food from here is not at all worth the constant mistakes. I’m posting a pick of what a real taco is like so maybe you can take a lesson from Del Taco and make it right for once!

Not sure which part of my order was my least favorite: the beef burrito that they forgot to put literally any beef in, or the ice cold mushy “loaded” steak and jalapeño fries that came with a teaspoon of cheese, zero jalapeño sauce, and 3 jalapeño slices.

I rarely leave reviews so you know this is really important one. First time I went today to this location because I was in the area… yeah I shouldn’t have. I ordered a dorito loco Gordita and they didn’t make it correctly like the photo. They forgot to put sour cream and cheese like that was really messed up. I was hungry and didn’t notice till I was done eating it and it was my first time buying that item. $5+ and they didn’t make it right wow. Then I ordered a chicken burrito and the chicken tasted like it was recooked/reheated ewwww. I know what reheated chicken taste like before and ew. And yeah someone left a review here saying all they care about is the timer in the drive thru and that was true! They didn’t even resolve the issue for some reason and I was very polite about it. So yeah don’t go to this NEW TACO BELL LOCATION it sucks. Just go to the one in longwood and Casselberry preferably CASSELBERRY where the target is. That one is my favorite!

Last 2 times I went there, they talk about this timer and make you go around to wait on food. Even when there’s cars behind you. The manager Anthony is rude and the food is sloppy. They are stressed about this timer thing and not focusing on customer service. Can’t wait for the Taco Bell on Tuscawilla to open back up. Avoid this place!

Once you enter the no dining room store you met with music so loud you need to go get a hearing test when you leave. The employees act as if they’re deaf from listening to the music all day. It takes forever to get your order. One customer was told the drive thru would be faster after waiting forever. We will never go back and suggest you don’t waste your time going. This place deserves 0 stars.

Kiosk or drive-thru only. Mediocre food. Taco bell is going straight downhill along with all the other fast food places and yet they wonder why? Look no further than Chick-fil-A to see what works! Service with quality food will sell.

Shrinkflation has hit the bell. Burritos we a good 25% smaller. $1.30 to add cheese nachos the lux box, but cheese cups only filled 50%. Will take a break from the bell for a while.
