MISA at the Taco Bell on Archer Road absolutely deserves five stars. She was super friendly, double‑checked my order, and made sure everything was hot, fresh, and exactly right. Her positive attitude and attention to detail, especially as the manager on duty, turned a quick fast‑food stop into a genuinely great experience. MISA should definitely be recognized for her outstanding customer service!

I ordered a delivery order through the Taco Bell app tomatoes was on all my items and I’ve specifically put no tomato and I am allergic and Unlike, I’ve overheard your employee say before I’m not faking an allergy just cause I don’t like tomatoes. I’m genuinely allergic. The burritos were pretty much flat and my Chalupa shell wasn’t even cooked. Very disappointed.

I like this Taco Bell but it can be slow to get food late at night. You can tell it will be slow by the amount of cars in the drive thru. Food is good – I prefer their beef nachos.

Store is clean and has several TV monitors. Service is usually good. The bathrooms are usually clean. The parking is usual available although the parking lot is small. You can park nearby at CVS or other lots but you won’t have to.

The hot sauces are good but I won’t eat them because they have a lot of preservatives including potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate.

I like their guacamole and cheese sauces.

Pepsi and related profits for drinks are not my favorite.

The staff was friendly. The food however was not great. Our order was correct, but the Nacho Fry’s we got must have been the bottom of the bucket. All super hard pieces. We had to throw out half of them.

I’ve had problems with this location before with getting parts of my order wrong but this time is just sad. My order was not even incorrect, but the sizes were inexcusable for the price I paid. I paid nearly $12 for 2 orders of the new dipping burritos and got less than half a cup of sauce and burritos smaller than my hand (my hands are not huge either). I ordered the exact same thing in orlando and not only was it cheaper but it was also an appropriate size. Absolutely pathetic

This is for the manager who was working on Monday, October 13th at 12:23pm. This is the person representing your business? Terrible service, terrible attitude. I have been standing here watching her interact with customers & DoorDashers. She needs to be reprimanded & retrained. I’ve been in customer service management for nearly 15 years & you couldn’t pay me to hire someone like this. We are non-existent to the workers here.

Here’s some advice for the manager – a simple greet or “I’ll be over in a minute” can suffice to solve your problems when you are busy during the lunch rush. Ignoring customers (4 so far) & having a bad attitude is not how to run a business nor set an example for the employees underneath you.

You can’t ever get customer service since everything is automated. Pay for a robot to hand me my to go order if you don’t want to pay for someone to work the front register.

Restrooms are locked and you have to wait for an associate to oblige and open it or give you a lock code to use it. Not a welcoming feeling. Food prices have increased, whereas the quantity has been nearly halved. Noticed this happens for Veggie options. In Black bean Burrito, and Crunchwrap, you can literally count the beans nothing inside them. Cruchwrap soggy and was like a flat Burrito with nothing inside. So I just ended up paying $25 for few Tortillas with some beans and very few diced tomatoes pieces. I will stop going to this fast food chain until it’s the last option and discourage anyone going to TacoBell and especially this particular location.
Total rip off.

Just got out of the hospital currently pregnant and was sooo hungry served at Taco Bell at 3:50am the lady in the drive thru told me to hold on I said ok , after ten mins I said hello no reply I said hello again and she told me her system was down to give her a min after another 10 mins no update. Instead of lying she could of said they were closing early. She did this to two other cars after me.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a Taco Bell. I visited this location around 11 PM on 10/14 and went through the drive-thru. The employee taking my order was extremely rude and kept interrupting me, saying “next, next, next” as if she was rushing me to finish. I wasn’t even able to complete my order properly because of how unprofessional she was.

Upset, I went inside and asked to speak with a manager. When I asked who the manager on duty was, the employees just started pointing at each other and laughing. Eventually, someone gave me a name — either “Madeline” or “Adeline” — but based on the way they were acting, I doubt that was even her real name.

The entire staff was unprofessional and dismissive. This experience has completely turned me off from ever returning to this location — and possibly any Taco Bell. I will also be contacting corporate to report this.

There are plenty of kind, respectful people out there looking for work. If you don’t like your job, don’t work. It’s that simple.
