Tonight was the worst. It used to be great service especially during the day but at least 20 mins ago I ordered from here. Got a crunchwrap and tacos on the side. I am currently under the weather, so couldn’t cook a meal without my head pounding. Figured I’d stop by. Big mistake. The women were rude and talked over me while I was trying to order. I suppose one got tired of trying to listen and she gave it to someone else anyways. Our food was soaked and the bag was wet on the bottom when I checked the stuff they looked okay. Yet when I got home in better lighting the crunchwrap tacos and everything else was soggy and soaked in water. As if they poured water on everything. Or made in a puddle of water idk. In any case very disappointing. You go on the list of careless workers. I’m sure the people who work during the day are great but during the night there is a big difference. The picture can’t really show how soggy the tortillas are the crunch wrap was thrown away. Was not crunchy.

There’s always an issue taking orders through the drive through. 2nd time I’ve been at this Taco Bell and their kiosk seems to be down every time. Never have freezes available either. Good luck trying to order food through Uber eats too because they claim they never received the order. Sucks that it’s the only Taco Bell in the area….

Worst Taco Bell ever!! Pictures below show that I have two crunch wraps together thats how thin they are with ingredients. All my food was missing their insides. I bit into my my food and thought I was at Wendy’s yelling “Where’s the Beef” wrote Taco Bell, post on Facebook messenger, and called, not one return message or call. Over 25$ worth of food and all was missing ingredients.

I ordered my food through Door Dash and it said the food would be ready at 9:15. I got there and had to wait until 10:05 for my food. First off they ran out of beef, second the manager was YELLING at the staff, third they had my order all wrong. I should have never waited for the order. This was such poor service. Drive thru took more thank 15 mins to get the food. No other customer but me. They gave 7 packets of hot sauce which is a waste but failed to provide either spoon or fork. The lady who gave the order not even sure if the order was for me cause I ask her what it was she has no idea was told the food was only hand to her. I ate the food with my barehands I don’t have the time to go back and ask for a utensil. I wish managers will train employees well.

We waited 35 minutes. Order came up missing items. Manager refunded cash when I paid card and offered nothing for our time. Not even the dead order. There is no logical series of events to lead up to the complete systematic failure of the people and equipment in this building to do their job. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Ordered two burritos at the drive thru, got to the window and paid, they asked me to pull around to the parking lot. They must have been telling this to everyone because the parking lot was full of drive thru customers. Lady came to deliver food, repeated my order to me and I took the bag. Got home and there was two tacos. How do you mix up two tacos with two burritos? This location is terrible.
