Asked for a supreme burrito, and got this. Even charged extra for additional protein. Despite the person taking the order being quite nice, the people in the back either need training or just don’t care for to-go orders. Highway roberty.

Ordered a chessey gordita crunch and a 5 layer burrito. Not sure what happened to the ingredients that were supposed to go in the gordita but more than half didn’t make it into it. The burrito had no beans, making it a 4 layer. Sad, very sad!

Check you bag before you leave. I call as soon as I notice the missing items. Spoke with a team member over the phone explained that I was missing three tacos. She was able to go back and see my order. I advised her that I didn’t have the receipt or the stickers from the bag. She expressed her apologies for the full order not being received. She told me I could come back and someone would replace it. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to return before the morning crew left. Julian from anther shift wasn’t able to help or resolve my issue either. After explaining what took place. He stated I could have the wrong location and that they never take down names. Which didn’t made sense as I gave my name at the time of placing the order inside. I absolutely hate the fact that I purchase food and never get it and no one is paying able to fix this

Julie who took our order pleasant and patient as we sometime are a little chaotic ordering at windows.
We are two chicken soft tacos Mexican pizza and a number 8 dorito locos combo. Pizza and tacos were good. Dorito locos tacos came with no lights or tomato or sour cream. Mind you we ask for no letter tomato. So we rolled back through let the drive to person though and they sent us out three new dorito loco tacos.
Now I got to say I’ve been eating these for years and the taco shells no longer taste like Doritos taste like old burnt regular shells. When they first came out they were very dorito flavored.
The second set of tacos that came out were loaded with lettuce tomato sour cream and probably I’m not kidding one quarter ounce of meat . Very disappointed with the food here $21 I have six tacos that will barely make one and dish to that we had to ask for silverware. The drive-thru attendant I believe her name is Julie was excellent. Very common that he didn’t ask me questions or haven’t attitude just did what you had to do to make it right. This is a kitchen spec issue and training issue I believe I can post some pictures and show you.

Food is always horrible especially at night. Everytime I order at night on my way home from work the food is stale and barely eatable. Not sure what management is doing but this store is crap now. I love taco bell food but I barely stop anymore and tonight is the last for this location. Just seems like nobody cares about food quality. I know they have a policy to bring food back but after working a shift and wanting to come home the last thing I wanna do is turn around and go back to a store that should be producing good quality food or at least decent quality not something you would give to a stray animal. I advise people to avoid this location at evening to nights because the food quality is bad. The service is good they are always nice but the kitchen staff needs to do better.

When this place opened, it was great. Now, it is horrible… The past 2 times I have been to this location, the food was cold and not prepared properly. The crunch wraps looked like folded flat flower tortillas (barely filled), the hard tacos were broken, and my chalupa was cold, wet, and soft. Can someone please comment on this to tell me which taco bell in Pensacola actually cares about their customers? I won’t go here again… If I’m going to pay this much for food, it better be good…

This location’s service is so bad.They stop you before the mic. To take your order in the drive through line before the box. They hold you for multiple minutes before you’re able to drive up to the box. You have to tell them your name like they don’t know what your order is even though you’re literally the only person in line. Also, they can fudge their numbers to corporate that show they have better service than they do. They don’t care about customer service. I’ve seen multiple almost accidents as people jockey around their small parking lot to get into the drive through or store. Honestly, this store is a joke and I normally drive to Davis, which isn’t much better. But every little bit helps. Do better taco bell on nine mile.

I walked in and wasn’t greeted. I Do Understand that the Workers may be fatigued or Someone Brought in NEGATIVITY that caused the Disconnect! I TRULY AND WHOLE HEARTEDLY RESPECT/APPRECIATE THE PREP, COOKS, MAINTENANCE, AND DEFINITELY THE DRIVE-THRU/FRONTLINE WORKERS! I COME TO THE BELL FOR MY GUILTY PLEASURE ! I Love the Different options and New Items. Everytime I get the urge for Taco Bell I see a Full Menu. From a SNACK MEAL all the way To FEAST MODE! When I RECEIVED my order(WITHOUT COMPLAINTS) I said THANK YOU, HAVE A NICE DAY WITH A SMILE ALWAYS! The atmosphere was ok.. I WILL NOT COMPLAIN! YOUR WORKER’S DESERVE THE UPMOST RESPECT AND A RISE IN THE SALARY!

So this taco bell does the chickfilla way of ordering, but it so so so very inconvenient its not infront of the menu i had to pull it up on my phone beucase the lady wouldnt let me pull up to see the menu beucase there was one car infront of me. normally it takes like MAYBE 5 mintues to order… it literally took 10 mintues just to order the order was put it wrong i dont blame the lady it seems she was new and neither of us new the menu well enough to order successfully from the tablet and when they repeat the order back its reallly confusing beucase most items sound very similar. i like tacobell but i will not be doing the drive thru with someone standing outside. very inconvenient.
