Come here pretty frequently. Sometimes it’s always a hit or miss. But tonight it was horrible. The chicken quesadilla was fine but seemed to be missing the sauce and the two cheesy Gordita crunch seemed like they have been sitting and barely warm. No sauce at all very tiny and no meat. I always get these items when I go.

Terrible!. Had to pay cash so I waited up front before at least 4 to 5 minutes. They would look at you and walk away. So I go to the kiosk type my food in turn around to pay now it’s 10 more minutes. I get my food two chicken chalupas. In the chicken is cold. I go to take it up to the front and there’s about seven people waiting. Food wasn’t good the service wasn’t friendly and drive-through was way faster than dine-in. And it should be equally designed and it’s not.

I ordered my food from their kiosk. Never seen anyone. When the young lady finally appeared from the back of the store I had to ask her to make my food after waiting a while. She finally made the food and then was very rude when handing it off to me. I went be back at this store again. 10am on December 31

It’s taco bell!! You know what you’re getting!! It’s not awesome z it’s barely food, but nobody is actually reading a review!! You’re at taco Bell because you need something to doak up the alcohol at 1 am, and, TACOS!!!! so idk why I’m reviewing a place everyone knows, never goes to by choice, and is usually too drunk to care!! EVERY time I use mobile order I still wait 10+mins for my order and it always missing food. They have NEVER apologized the messed or the inconvenience of me having to come all the way back down there to pick my food up. They just act like it is expected. I have emailed corporate and never received a response… poor customer service.

This location, more so than the rest in the area, seems to get my order correct. On rare occasion they slip up and forget something, but they’re human, it happens. The staff has been friendly when I visit. Also, their sweet tea is actually sweet! I still am not a fan of the decision to “modernize” the interior, but it is what it is. Definitely one of my preferred lunch spots.

Came on Nov 12 at 1:01am, understand that it is early, but we have sat here for 15min still only to be told “we’ll tell you when we’re ready for your order”. That is absolutely ridiculous for a restaurant that prides itself on 24 hour service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Completely disappointed with my food tonight. Taco bell stacked all of my tacos on top of my Mexican pizzas and this was result tonight. Come on taco bell you got to do better. The customer service was great but I traveled 5 mins from the dive thru to my house. $40 guess I will be eating a sandwich tonight.

This place is horrible. I’ve been here two times, and both were the same. Employees on their phones behind the counter, employees yelling to their friends in the lobby. Was told when I walked in that I would have to order at the kiosk instead of the one at the register taking my order. As for the food, it was bad, tasted old, and some seemed like it was reheated in a microwaved.

This place should be avoided the employees don’t care about there job I ordered a large nacho fry and it was smaller than a small. And every taco shell was broke. Come on we pay good money the owners should do a better job hiring managment and employees. It looks Nothing like the description and the fries were all cold.
